Out of the blue ... a witness (neighbor) has emerged that can provide an alibi for Debbie from 6:30 PM - 10:30 PM ... 10:30 PM when this witness observed lights in the Irwin residence were turned off.  This witness can also attest to the truth regarding Debbie's admission of being drunk at 10:30 PM.

Think about it.

1.  Starbucks security cameras provide an alibi for Jeremy who worked night shift for THE FIRST TIME and arrived home prior to the end of his shift.

2.  A neighbor provides an alibi for Debbie ... Debbie who was not in any condition at 10:30 PM to have the mindset to disappear her daughter and the cellphones.

Inquiring minds want to know ... when was the last time that ANYBODY seen baby Lisa?

Inquiring minds want to know ... did the neighbor actually see 10 month old baby Lisa who was allegedly put to bed at 6:40 PM?

In other words ... did something bad happen to baby Lisa prior to Debbie's drinking buddy arriving?  Did something bad happen to baby Lisa prior to her father's departure to work?

Could it be that Debbie being captured on security video purchasing wine and diapers was part of a plan to put into play her drinking alibi while giving the impression that baby Lisa had not already met her demise?

Why was a polygraph not requested of Jeremy Irwin?  Jeremy may have an alibi for the night baby Lisa allegedly went missing but ... at the very least ... this guy could have had knowledge and ... at the very most he could have been a participant in the demise and the disappearance of his daughter in the hours prior to his departure to work.

A red flag!  Jeremy and Debbie's baby is missing but ... permission to the questioning of baby Lisa's siblings is not afforded.  Could it be that the boys witnessed an unfortunate incident in that household regarding their little sister ... an unfortunate incident that happened ... not during the night but the day before?

You know, I just have this feeling that Tacopina is going to pull the "incompetent police investigation" theory which is really disgusting if he does because if his client hadn't lied to police about a big four hour difference as to when she put Lisa to bed, maybe the police would have looked in a different direction.  Since his clients are not really cooperating and refusing to let them re-interview their boys I hope he is aware that LE has already followed up on over 550 leads. 

OT.  Jeremy has reminded me of some from the beginning and I finally know who - Jeff Goldblum.

Would you go out with a stolen baby whose face is all over TV, newspapers, Billboards... if you live in the same town as the baby?

These two women probably freaked out when employees or other people started staring at them.

I would've walked out too.

I'm still trying to come to terms with who gets that drunk with 3 little kids to care for. 

Anything could happen in those circumstances and the mother is responsible regardless.

I feel exactly the same way ... I mean if she was piloting an airplane --- she would have been fired a long time ago!
It is absolutely rediculous to try to rationalize this irresponsible behavior whatsoever!
