Thank You Northern Rose!   So the next action will be on 1/17/2012 to file the record.  This is going to be milked out as much as her attorneys can.  This appeal is only to post pone her civil cases, imo.  Smart move for the skank, but the appeal itself is pure BS. Talk about using the system to continue pizzing on anyone that calls her on her actions.  She will never change....never.

Will Casey Anthony be forced to answer questions in Zenaida Gonzalez' lawsuit against her?

A judge could rule as early as Thursday on a now joint motion from both of Casey's civil lawsuits.

Monday morning, Judge Lisa Munyon allowed Texas EquuSearch founder Tim Miller asked to join the motion from Zenaida Gonzalez's lawyers to decide if Casey should be forced to answer questions without invoking her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.

Those questions will come from lawyers involved in EquuSearch's and Gonzalez's separate lawsuits against Casey.

WFTV’s “Case Against Casey Anthony” was named best crime program by the Sun Coast Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. WFTV also won for technical achievement for its Casey on Trial mobile studio.

The Casey Anthony trial and the intrigue surrounding it was one of the most searched stories online this year. But one magazine says there was too much coverage.

Time magazine ranked the Casey Anthony case the number one overreported story of 2011. The case and the trial was a perfect storm -- taking place in the summer, when media groups are itching for sensational stories.

Of that amount, the state has paid $176,255.58 for her criminal defense, according to the JAC numbers.

That's a payout of roughly 80 percent of her defense's total billings. The billings not paid out were either rejected, reflected duplicate billings or lacked supporting documentation, a JAC spokeswoman said.

In late July, soon after her first-degree murder trial was over, the defense had billed $147,018 for things like expert witnesses, mental-health evaluations and court-reporting services. At that time, the state had paid out $118,847 of those expenses

Since that time, in the months after the sensational trial, the state has paid out an additional $57,408.58 for Anthony's criminal defense.

It's not clear how the legal team defending Anthony against the two civil cases filed against her -- including the Gonzalez suit -- is being funded.
