It just never stops with these azzhats.  I guess Mason is feeling much better and back to his old antics.  I wonder if the misspelling of Jeff's name can void this ridiculous motion. 

I remember when Jeff first hit the airwaves after his book came out....someone questioned him on this very subject.  He stated that as long as it came from his memory, there were no worries.  What is the worst Jeff could face for a contempt charge?  A fine?  I seriously doubt he's concerned, if that's all it is.  Baez's fines for doing just as bad or worse, were nothing to speak of. What, his most expensive fine was $500 something.  Big deal.

ORLANDO, Fla — The man who found 2-year-old Caylee Anthony's body in 2008 is suing her mother for damages, saying Casey Anthony defamed him during her murder trial earlier this year.

Former meter reader Roy Kronk said in a lawsuit filed in Florida on Wednesday that 25-year-old Anthony and her lawyers tried to shift suspicion away from the young mother and on to him.

In the suit, Kronk claims the defense variously accused him of involvement in Caylee's death. He said lawyers described him as a killer, a child snatcher and morally bankrupt, and accused him of finding and keeping Caylee's body and then placing the remains where they were found.
 

But defense attorney Jose Baez also told jurors Caylee accidentally drowned in the family's backyard pool. If that was true, then Anthony and her lawyers knew their statements about Kronk were false, according to his complaint.

IIRC, Mason was going to retire after defending the slore.  Apparently she wasn't quite the cash cow he'd hoped she would be.  Now his desperation for relevance and $$ is being forced upon us once again. You'd think he'd get a clue when even Bobo is maintaining a relatively low profile. If Perry can bring himself to preside fairly and honestly this time (not holding my breath) then we will get to see more shots of Mason running to the nearest bottle to drown his sorrows and gain "courage".  Not one person connected to the slore or her defense team deserves a second of peace.  Not a one of them (the judge and jury included) has shown an ounce of integrity, decency or concern for Caylee before, during or after the trial.  Huh, guess I am still bitter.  I hope Jeff has enough fight left to successfully counter this insanity.
