While many think that being drunk to the point of passing out could be a very good defense if the case ever goes to trial, another way to think about it is being drunk to the point of being irrational and lacking good judgment.

Like a drunk driver, if a drunk driver runs over and kills someone it is still homicide.

Also, being really drunk could've made it possible for her to have lost control of anger and hurt her baby.

Being drunk and passed out with 3 children in the house is child endangerment!!!!!!
They need to arrest her ass!

  I am mad as hell *I know what is new*, but this is getting more absurd everyday, so the ninja kinapper just happened to come and steal a baby the night the dad happened to be moonlighting, sippy mom was passed out drunk from her grown up time and the brother was asleep??? Wow, I wish like hell I'd have known this ninja when I came home after curfew when I was growing up....do they seriously expect anyone to believe this? Then they pimp out Lisa's pics and the boys on Halloween because they are exhausted and grieving, bitch slap monkey plssssss. I am begging
I know where you are coming from....Ill half the money for a trip to MI and we can make our own "bitch slap mokey"........it will look like you and I with a monkey body!!!!!

You and I are on the same page on this one too sadly...reeks of HaLeigh's case Sad  LOL about that specific monkey, let;s go for it! We will need bail money though

Details emerge about the night baby Lisa Irwin disappeared
By GLENN E. RICE
The Kansas City Star

Posted on Tue, Nov. 01, 2011 10:15 PM

 ::snipping2::
Bradley became so intoxicated that she could not recall later whether she checked on Lisa Irwin in her crib before going to bed herself about 10:30 p.m., according to a source familiar with the family’s recollection of events from Oct. 3 and 4.

 ::snipping2::
According to the source:

Irwin came home from his day job as an electrician about 2:30 that afternoon, which was the first Monday in October. He stayed long enough to have dinner with his family and play with the children.

About 4:30 p.m., Bradley and her brother, Phillip Netz, left to go a neighborhood store to buy a box of wine and baby supplies. Irwin stayed with Lisa and her half-brothers, ages 8 and 5.

About 5 p.m., Netz and Bradley returned from the store. Netz soon left. About 30 minutes later, Irwin headed to work at a Starbucks, but he did not expect the work to keep him away from home as long as it did.

Samantha Brando, a next door neighbor in her 20s, came over to the Irwin house with her 4-year-old daughter. The daughter played with Lisa’s half-brothers.

Bradley put Lisa in her crib about 6:40 p.m., while Brando headed to a store to purchase liquor for herself.

Brando returned to the Irwin home about 7 p.m. and sat on the front stoop with Bradley. The two smoked cigarettes, talked and drank into the night.

By 10:30 p.m., Bradley, who had consumed five to 10 glasses of wine, was intoxicated. She told Brando that she was going to bed. Brando left.

The boys fell asleep in bed with Bradley. The door to Lisa’s bedroom already was closed to block out noise from the boys playing earlier.

Irwin finished his work at Starbucks at 3:45 a.m. and drove to his Northland home. Though he had worked through much of the night, he had not called home from Starbucks.

At home, he noticed the front door unlocked and the lights on, which was unusual. He walked to the computer room and realized the window was open. He tried to shut it but couldn’t because it wouldn’t work properly.

He walked to the boys’ room and saw that the older boy was in his bed on the top bunk. The younger boy still was in bed with Bradley.

A stray cat that Bradley had brought into the home was at the foot of their bed. Bradley awoke. Irwin asked her what was going on, why the front door was open and the lights were on. Bradley said she did not know.

Irwin then realized that he had not checked on Lisa. He went to her room. Her crib was empty. He went back to his bedroom and asked Bradley about the baby’s whereabouts. Bradley said she didn’t know.

Irwin ran to the Brando home and banged on the front door. He asked Brando if Lisa was there. She asked why Lisa would be there and not at home.

Panic ensued. Irwin called police on his work cellphone, after noticing that the home cellphones were missing.

Calling out the home’s address, a dispatcher told officers to respond on a “reported residential burglary in progress.”

Seconds later she said, “Contact Jeremy. … He noticed his screen is busted and his 10-month-old daughter is missing.

“He advises that he didn’t witness anything and doesn’t know how long she’s been gone.”

Day 30: New information in case of missing baby

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Police have spoken to a northland handyman because of his history of home break-ins in Lisa Irwin's neighborhood, and say they have "moved on," stating that they have never called him or anyone else in the investigation a suspect.

John Tanko, 42, nicknamed "Jersey," appeared in Clay County court Tuesday on charges not related to the baby Lisa case. Early on in the investigation, police were anxious to find Tanko and question him about the night Lisa disappeared.

Neighbors near the baby's home said he would break into a house just a block from Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin's house and squat in the home while the owner lived out of state.

Thaer Alkhaezraji lives just a block up on North Lister from baby Lisa's home.

Alkhaezraji said he has called the police on Tanko two or three times, claiming Tanko was breaking into the house across the street.

"He caused a lot of problems," said Thaer Alkhaezraji.  "We chased him one time over here but he never lived here," said Alkhaezraji.

Alkhaezraji said Tanko would break into the house through a window which could be why police were wanting to talk to him.

Phillips Netz

the info about phill N is confusing,PN ,hangs out, eats whatever,then goes with DB buys wine,comes back to home,and leaves About 5 p.m. and he must have came back to sleep over,wonder why he came back and how Pwould know,( since he was sleeping ) how drunk DB was,and when DB went to bed, and JI or DB never mentions PN ever,not even after the wine buying video,and why wouldnt JI mention that he asked PN about the baby, thats if PN was still there when JI got home, JMO,a cover up for DB

Phil Netz sleeps over ?
 ::snipping2::
He was with Bradley October third, the night her baby disappeared and said the mom had drank enough that night to pass out drunk, as she maintains. The family believe a kidnapper snatched the baby from her crib while the dad was working, the uncle was sleeping and the mom was passed out.

and he must have come back to sleep
 ::snipping2::
 About 5 p.m., Netz and Bradley returned from the store. Netz soon left. About 30 minutes later, Irwin headed to work at a Starbucks, but he did not expect the work to keep him away from home as long as it did.

http://www.kansascity.com/2011/11/01/3243027/a-look-back-at-a-critical-night.html

maybe he slept in the bottom bunk
 ::snipping2::
He walked to the boys’ room and saw that the older boy was in his bed on the top bunk. The younger boy still was in bed with Bradley.
http://www.kansascity.com/2011/11/01/3243027/a-look-back-at-a-critical-night.html

maybe this slip is about DB and PN not DB and JI
wondering if this is a subconscious slip of the tongue

@ about 3:04-3:06,DB starts to say when we woke up,then changed it to when he woke me up

So I got this all correct.

Now we have the brother sleeping at the house with a car in the driveway.
Sister/deb drunk knocked out.  IF this is really true.
Dog doesn't bark at all.

Someone running around the neighborhood with a baby/doll with only a diaper on.
btw the people that saw this guy running around don't call the cops at once.

After Lisa is noticed gone,Deb doesn't want to go out the back door afraid what she'd find.
None of them go house to house to house  asking neighbors if they know/saw something. No searching period in the first week.

What's wrong with this picture?
