JSM or CC--did your Iphone work on the cruise ship?  I'm taking a cruiise next week and want to know if I should take my phone.  I know you can use the ship's phone in your berth, but don't know about my Iphone.

baby it will work while you are in US port but make sure you turn your roaming setting to off or you will be charged lots of $$$$ have fun on your cruise. I turned mine off til we got back to Florida just in case.

JSM - Hope your steroid shot helps with your pain and numbness.  I bet it will!!

Lock CC in the bathroom - turn the door knob around so that it locks from the outside.
(I've done it to children before! In their bedroom.  Don't call DCS - they are ok now.)

Thanks Caddy, they said it make take up to 72 hours to work, still having numbness and a horrendous headache and jittery as all get out.

Today on my way to A'ville for a minor problem with the truck I found another abandoned dog. She is less than a year old..weighs 10 lbs and is really sweet. She is at the vets getting spade, shots and dewormed and most important deburred and bathed. She is very quiet and calm or maybe just terrified. Vet thinks she is just plain friendly but she wraps her little paws around your neck and holds on. I'm hoping I can find a good home for her just like Lily. She is not a beauty but seems easily trainable. Will get her picture when I pick her up Wednesday. Please keep your fingers crossed that she is heartworm negative.

Just talked to the vet and she made it through surgery with no problems. Although she had every parasite possible she is heartworm negative.  I can pick her up in morning. They said one of the techs is walking around with her in a blanket carrying her on her back like a baby.
