JSM - did you call the shelter and tell them to hold Clyde for you?

I'm so excited for you!
Klaas, my friend has a friend that works at the shelter and they know we are very interested in Clyde. Hopefully he will get along with a little dog.  an angelic monkey

I just bet Clyde loves everyone, including little dogs!

So, here is my latest dress for the dollies.

How sweet TBM  once again how do you sew something so small?

Very carefully! LOL This was a different pattern that I stitch the pattern and the flowers in the hoop and then cut it out and put it together so it was fun.

Okay monkeys, remember me telling you about the Australian Cattle Dog at the shelter???

My Brother in Law and BFF's husband called and told me if I wanted a dog that looks like Josef, get to the shelter because he went up there to see the dog (Clyde).

My friend that used to work at the Pet Lodge knows someone that works there and we are going up there as soon as they open. We are taking her little dog to see if Clyde is little dog friendly. If so, I think I am going to have a new pup.

Good Morning Monkey Dears,

Been out of town - with no laptop!

Just catching up with all of you.  I love reading here as it takes my mind off all that is weighing me down.

Especially reading 4Donks' narrative about the goats.  I was laughing out loud as I could picture her, sweet ole 4Donks, with that shotgun on those rednecks and making them climb back over that fence in their overalls with the tobacco juice running down their face - and going to get the sheriff.  Best of all they handed their gun(s) over to her!  And then her sweet Donks protecting her.  Don't cha know she is the talk of the town?!?

Don't mess with 4 Donks - what a wonderful lady.  I admire you so much 4Donks.  And don't forget I am not too far from your neck of the woods - I can certainly get to your jailhouse in a few hours to come bail you out!!  haha

My tree is up with no decorations - who wants to come help??

I do!

Bearly

The protective stance explained

Their heads are against me one in front, one in back and one on each side of me. That way they can protect me from an attack from any direction by kicking sh*t out of anything that is a danger to me. Their kicks from their back legs can be deadly.
They will take this stance to protect livestock that's why they are used on cattle and goat farms.

Thank you so much, 3D!  Boy did I have the wrong picture in my head!  I am glad they are there to protect you and you are there to protect them.

Good morning Monkeys---

Woo-Hoo.  I won about $700 at the casino.  First time ever, except $1000 in Canada at Niagara Falls about five years ago.  I've won and I've lost.  It's more fun to win.

Whew.... tried to catch up. Is there a full moon? We all walked out the door of work today saying we need  for tomorrow.

We learned the new dictation/transcription, but it will change again. Then came the flood from the third floor. Then we have no one downstairs to read films. If it wasn't one thing it was another. Thankfully what came out of the ceiling wasn't the flood that happened in the basement a few years ago    I can't deal wearing the hazmat uniform ever again.

Praying for you all, hope you and yours have a good evening. I am whooped, tired, and still have this stupid cold. I took Mucinex and didn't realize it would make my heart start beating so fast. I won't ever take that stuff again.

Sorry you are sick, JSM.  I hope you feel better.

What caused the flood?

Is the rapid heartbeat a side effect or are you sensitive to it?

Bearly, you are so sweet. Feeling a lot better this afternoon. Some pipe busted. I am sensitive to it, didn't realize what was in it until after I took it. My heart has a wonky beat to it and any kind of stimulant can make it beat out of my chest.  It has gotten to where I can't drink much coffee and no diet cokes.

Wonky beat is a medical term, I take it.

Babybear - Great bit of luck!

4donks.  Fascinated by your description of donks protective stance.  What a picture that would make!  Are the goats still on your property - what do they feed on?
Annie get your gun has got nothing on you, brave one!  Stay safe and vigilant!   an angelic monkey

Cad - Hope life is slowing down a bit for you so you can take a breather, and get your tree decorated.  Sounds like you need some magic
How are your parents?

Kittymom -   Best wishes to your little boy and husband.  Your workload has increased.  hang in there!   an angelic monkey

Cookie - Enjoy your time in Texas.  Are you there to attend the wedding?

THANK YOU SISTER AND ALL MONKEYS FOR THE PRAYERS FOR MY SISTER

She hasn't opened up the bakery yet, but she did hear from the court. I can't get into details but the judge gave her a VERY favorable ruling and this isn't for the divorce, just the beginning.

Monkey prayers are so awesome!!!!!!!!!!
