  Patton got his shots today!!!! Now he can walk in the grass without worrying about him getting something from the nasty people that don't pick up after their dogs.

His other vet that gave the shots called and said he is Soooooooooo sweet and beautiful. She said his lungs and heart sound great, no cough. She asked when he is going to start the heartworm treatment I said he already has, she was amazed at how well he is doing she didn't even realize that he had started. So I feel much better. You monkeys know what a worry wart I am.

  Dangit Trimm, I was working or I would have sent you a biscuit this morning. 

I had 2 chocolate chip cookies instead. 

Have a good evening monkeys.Sidekick is here for a few days so I'll be popping in and out. 
His sister is at home with a couple of her teenage friends...we said stay there. 

I really wanted a waffle this morning Trimm. Chocolate chip cookies sound better  So glad Sidekick is with you for a few days.

So thrilled to read Patton is doing so well.  Aren't you glad you followed your heart and got him?  I am so happy for Patton and you and I know you are counting the days until CC and Ruby are home with you too.

  Thank you Sister, yes I am glad I followed my heart, but even more happy that God gave me the push to even go look at him. I do believe it was God's will. I am counting down until CC and Ruby get down here.

Cookie, thank you about Patton, I looked on your FB page and don't see the little dog you may get from the shelter. I sure hope you get her. If you can send a picture to my FB wall. I am thrilled you may be getting a new pup!!!

Sick as a dog today

Hubby just got over a mild cold and I woke up and can barely swallow, throat is so sore.

And I have a nasty cough. Hurts to cough.

Stayed in bed as long as I could before my back told me I could no longer lie down.

Think I'll be back in bed shortly.

Oh, Trimm ... pass through my thread today too.
