Prayers to Sister and JSM on their losses. Today would have been Paul's and my 45th wedding anniversary and I'm trying to be thankful for the years we got to share. Remembering all the good and crazy times we had together. He was the best.

I am so sorry, 4 Donks, my heart goes out to you.

JSM and Sister, as always, you are in my prayers.

Oh Lordy, how many times I fell for that with my Dad . . . even after he would swear he wouldn't let a beulah! (beulah wasthe name of the bird that came down and made a sound on the Groucho Marx show).

  Sister, that is funny. I got fooled with that a time or two. Gonna have to look up Groucho Marx's beulah. Sounds very funny.

Hi....just stopping in to say hello....Have been laughing out loud with the tooting stories.
As a nurse who used to ambulate older patients after surgery, tooting was a good thing....lol.

Heading South later this week...Looking forward to a party for my 90 year old aunt....wonder how many tooters will be there...!   

Hey Mere, sorry I missed you. Stupid internet at work decided to crap out on us today.

Have a safe trip and hope there are lots of tooters at the party for you aunt. Bless her to be 90, hope she is in good health.

I have to add my tooting story.

My ex husband sounded like a one man band in the mornings.
I ask him how can one break so much wind in the mornings?  His response was he slept with his mouth open and was passing all the air he accumulated in his sleep.

Heading to Key West tomorrow...in Orlando now..told hubs that we had to go to Caylee's site next week when we get back from the Keys so I could take pics and plant wild flowers for my monkey friends...he said ..ok...he is a good sport..

OK - so all of you talkin about the farting stories has reminded me of something a relative said at a family reunion...(they are divorced now).

Rascal originally came to the shelter as a stray in July 2007. He was soon adopted but then returned in December 2010 when life changed for his owner who was no longer able to care for him. This loving, fun-loving dog has been stuck at the shelter for nearly a year and deserves life out of a shelter. He is SUPER with other small to medium dogs but is nervous about young children. The shelter staff is nuts for 8 year-old Rascal who loves to be held and will gladly reward you with kisses just for giving him a hug. During November, Senior Pet Month, Rascal's adoption fee is just for $55. For Rascal's sake, please consider him for your forever home or share this post.

What a cute doggie.  Good for the shelter to have a Senior Pet Month. (I am waiting for 4Donks to do all the training for Skeeter and then I may just happen to pass by!  Although Skeeter sounds like he has more energy than me, so that may not be a good fit.)
