A court official acknowledged papers were filed on behalf of the boy's mother, Rasleen Raim, at the Clay County Courthouse, but declined to provide details.

"Now, more than ever, she is concerned about her baby’s safety, comfort and peace of mind," Attorney Dorothy Savory said in a statement. "Rasleen misses her son and has always, and will forever, love him."

Raim is the mother of the 8-year-old half brother that was living in the North Lister home.

Raim and Jeremy Irwin, Lisa’s father, once lived together at the Northland home where Lisa vanished.

In 2008, the couple fought over custody of the child and Jeremy Irwin received full custody.

Savory said she filed Emergency Motion for Temporary Custody and a Motion to Modify Child Custody/Visitation.

"Mrs. Raim has always kept her son, Blake Irwin, in her thoughts and prayers," Savory said.

The family was living like Gypsy's, wondering around, with no stability. IMO

I recall, Ronald Cummings children, were required to have their own bedrooms, according to CPS.

Ryan asked, “What did you think when you heard about the baby?”

“I thought about my boy, I thought it was mine,” Raim said.

“How much do you miss him?”

“I can't even say…I miss him a lot.”

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Lisa Irwin’s parents plan to move back to their north Kansas City home, their New York-based lawyer said Tuesday.

The move, confirmed by attorney Joe Tacopina, comes seven weeks after the now-1-year-old girl disappeared.

Last Friday, John Picerno, the local attorney also representing Lisa’s parents, said they have remained open to answering investigators’ questions, but they would not “let our clients be subjected to interrogation techniques.”

Investigators also want to bring in Lisa’s half-brothers to collect DNA samples. The boys were interviewed last week for the first time since the day Lisa disappeared.

Police have not publicly named a suspect, but Picerno said last week investigators told Lisa’s parents they consider them suspects, and are specifically focused on Lisa’s mother, Deborah Bradley.

The parents of missing baby Lisa Irwin returned to their Northland residence Tuesday afternoon.

The family packed Tuesday morning, left about noon and returned just before 12:30 p.m.

Just read the Irwins are moving back to the place where their daughter disappeared.

Now, imagine you are a child, and your baby sister has just been "kidnapped", taken from her own crib, in her own bedroom, in her own house. There's no idea of who did it, how they did it, or why.

You are taken away to relatives for a while, then you are returned to the same place where it all happened.

I don't know, but to me a child coming to a place where something so frightening happened will have nightmares, anxiety... fear.

I hope the mother takes the boy away from Jeremy, and only allow short visitation until JI disassociates himself from current company. He could be a good father, but the woman he is with will never, ever, be crowned mother of the year.

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -
Detectives with the Kansas City Police Department are investigating a triple homicide.

Officers were dispatched to a reported shooting in the 2400 block of Lister Avenue in Kansas City, MO, just before 10:30 p.m. Upon arrival, police discovered three deceased individuals inside a house at 2466 Lister Ave.

According to a police spokesperson, all three victims appeared to have been shot

I wonder if this could have something to do with Lisa. The shooting was only one block away from Lisa's home on Lister. Was someone going turn someone in for the $100,000.00???? I'm sure this will be looked into

Thanks Klaas.  My thoughts are hhhmmm. HUGE coincidence! That will be interesting to play out, when more info is provided.

On another note. I think I'd wanna move.  Baby snatchers, shooters and fires in such a small location circle.

I’m so puzzled by the phones, and the Jersey connection, and well, everything. Trying to resolve these peoples actions and words is difficult because their actions are so foreign from mine. In an attempt to get inside their heads, I called a relative who has experienced a troubled life and I’m sorry to say, experienced homelessness and the depravity of drugs. His lifestyle involved living moment to moment, hustling for the next bit of change for more drugs. He was not familiar with this case and so what I asked him was; could a person (like Jersey) homeless, alcoholic, probable drug user (meth, oxycodone connections), with a rap sheet of burglary, ever break into a home where there were persons sleeping? To my surprise he said “yes, and, I have..”. He said what the person would be looking for is items like cameras, vcrs, flat screen tvs, jewelry, cash, and PHONES. I asked him about actually looking at the people to see if they are sleeping and he said “yes, sometimes to just make sure they are asleep or if they are a perv”. I then asked what if they looked into a room and there was a baby who was awake, what might they do. His reply was that “they would want to silence the baby, so it didn’t wake up its parent’s. They might choke the baby or cover its mouth, especially if they were on drugs, they may kill the baby thinking that if they got caught, its only 1 death, and it wouldn’t be premeditated so probably only manslaughter, and one death is better than the whole family. He added that the person would have to be seriously out of his gourd, but that meth will make you do things beyond crazy.
I then went back to the phones and asked him what if you took phones (and maybe a GPS? Hmmmm?), and then you tried to use the phone to call an ex-girlfriend, who could/would help you sell the phones and the GPS (after all, the people she lives with could use some phones) and you discover the phone has no service... what would you do? He said that depends on what type of phone it is and how savvy the person is. He explained that all you have to do is get on the internet!!!. He could go where there is a free internet signal, like some Mcdonalds (or nearby, just close enough to pick up a signal, most of us know we can access another person’s signal if they did not set it to private) and then he could make phone calls from the internet, skype is just one of many ways, send texts…., watch movies, play music, play games, surf porn….
So while you and I couldn’t begin to imagine any of this, it could happen.

Spodie, I am so sorry to hear of your relatives state in life right now. I pray they get it together and get to a better place in life.  Trust me, I have a few of my own skeletons in my family.  But great questions!  Very enlightening.  You were spot on, trying to get into a mindset most of us could never imagine.  I guess that saying, is so true "Unless you've walked a mile in my shoes...."   Now I need to ponder on this.  I believe I tend to be naive, because I don't WANT to believe or think of others that can do these things, but deep down, after all these cases, I know anything is possible.  Thanks again for sharing!

I speculate that Debra, Jeremy, Samantha and James collaborated together to stage an abduction of little Lisa when she met an unintentional demise through an an action of wrongoing (rage/frustration).

If there is video/witness confirmation that Jeremy never left his workplace until after 3:00 AM on the morning his daughter was reported missing ... I will move on in my speculation.

Why would an innocent neighbor cover up for the death of the baby?  Just because she was over at the house?  IDK about that one.  I have thought that maybe LE is keeping her close to DB/JI.    Just like they tried to do with Tony Lazzaro in Caylee's case.   For the life of me I can't see an innocent person going along with a cover up, full well knowing the repercussions that would follow.  jmoo

Re my bold... Well color me even more confused bc this chick hasn't seen her kid in YEARS yet now she's going after custody?

Just a few questions...
1) Why did Jeremy gain FULL custody?
2) WHY hasn't mommy dearest seen her kid in YEARS, not days but YEARS?
