I'm trying to catch up.....but imo, Rasleem Raim is really only trying to cash in.  Hope JI has something done so he can get the back child support she owes for her son, you know, the one she misses so badly that she couldn't keep in contact with him or help out in the raising of the young boy.  She's after money and money only.  Again....jmoo

I can't comment much on the custody battle between Jeremy and the mother of his older child because I don't know what went on back when the court decided custody.

I heard mention of his being "relentless", and she facing "deportation", and she having a nervous breakdown of some sort, and he getting full custody by default... nothing official.

What I DO know is that growing in the current household, with a mother who sees nothing wrong with drinking to the point of passing out, or getting together with the neighborhood druggies for hours on end without checking on the welfare of her children, is not a good thing for a child.

That, coupled with being brought back to live where his sister was "stolen" may cause him more harm than good.

We may find out why he was given full custody, soon.

Whatever the reason may be, I have grown to learn that sometimes court cases are won by whoever can afford the better lawyer.

Whatever the outcome of the custody dispute, I hope the better parent wins.

Itaryl Moose, you've given me reason to pause. Thank you. This is true, so true. I'm uneasy, though, with the fact that Rasleen hasn't bothered to visit her son in years. There's no excuse for that.

Do you or anyone else know if Debbie drinking on the porch was an everyday thing or was this a rare occasion? I don;t think anybody is perfect, and I know several people in stellar positions that drink in excess only bc they need to let loose once in awhile. They're still very good parents. Debbie drinking as much as she did with kids running around plus a sick baby infuriates me, but again I know cops that have done worse.

You can run the red light 100 times and nothing happens, until the day something does happen. Does that then make running the red light wrong?

We have had posts here of family members (mainly her uncle) discussing Deborah's problem with alcohol, and that alcohol is a family problem.

When Deborah discussed the drinking, she saw nothing wrong with having "adult time" while her kids were still awake, she may have started the drinking early on.

Buying wine while the phone bill is unpaid and the husband worrying about the lights because of the electric bill are signs that wine is a priority.

One of the signs of alcoholism is "blacking out."

I am not an expert on this, and I'm basing my opinion on stuff I've learned over the years, so I may be wrong.

But, to me, all THAT spells alcohol addiction.

The one sign that says there is a problem is... drinking on a Monday night.

This is the best analogy I've seen yet. Also, I questioned if Deb drank on a daily basis bc it was said multiple times that the uncle that spoke against her was also the one that tried to interfere when she was younger, after her mother died or something? Am I confusing the relatives? Anyway, I've read that this uncle is highly questionable himself & has a few problems of his own. I've asked around to see if he was exaggerating when he said they're a family filled with dysfunction & from what I've hear he's telling the truth there.

Again Itaryl Moosee hit the nail on the head with DB, IMO.  We might not like it but It's not illegal what she did/does.

Now drunk or not...could she DB have done this in the timeline given of the last internet search recorded at 3:22am and been back in bed by 4am JI arrival with no easy evidence found yet for a charge?

No ties to MW, Jersey or Dane found yet?  Misdial?  Too drunk to retrieve her own VM's?

It's way more complicated for me to put her in the perp position with what we have.  JMO.

I completely agree!

Is Jersey in jail or out of jail? I thought I read that he was in jail...I'm talking about now, not in his past.

http://www.kctv5.com/story/16058743/prosecutor-mum-on-grand-jury-in-baby-lisa-case

snipped;

LIBERTY, MO (KCTV) - Clay County's prosecutor declined to discuss the investigation into the disappearance of then 10-month-old Lisa Irwin.

Prosecutor Dan White had asked Clay County grand jurors to meet on the case in October. He subpoenaed local media outlets for raw materials, which the media outlets fought. The request was stayed.

White said Tuesday that he could not discuss specifics of the case, but he said Clay County does not call special grand juries. He said the county always has a grand jury meeting to consider matters, such as the recent indictment of a Catholic priest accused of possessing child pornography.

Wonder why the Irwins have decided to move back home now, after all this time?  Could they now think they are safe from LE monitoring their calls?  Could it have something to do with the custody issue?  Maybe they want to be home for Christmas?

I was wondering that myself.  Who would want to go back to the place where your child was allegedly abducted?  My first thought was that there might be some discord with the family they were staying with.  Perhaps their family was asking some tough questions?  Finding more inconsistencies and DB and JI's recollection of that evening?  Just a thought.

Guess we will see how this rumor pans out soon;

http://www.facebook.com/KansasCityPI

Dane, the man who was using Megan Wright's phone much of the evening the night Baby Lisa Irwin disappeared, was in Kansas City today. He returned to his former home and said he had been away on a hunting trip. The house member gave him the phone number of a KCPD detective telling him they wanted to ask him questions. He left. I then received a text advising me of this. On the way over to check on the ladies there to make sure everybody was okay, I called KCPD. Upon arrival, I suggested they call KCPD and they did.

I will need to go back and find the article or interview but I remember DB saying she wouldn't go back to the house to live. I think it was with Megan Kelley on fox??? Anyone, else remember that?

She made some reference to the "omen house" from what I've read.  But I never sat thru all the Megan video's with the Parents STIFWIW and it might not be worth much...ha ha.

Niters, Titch...

Don't throw it away, or you'll get the neighborhood bums picking it up and making prank calls in the middle of the night to random people who will then publish it all in Facebook.

You may remember the "omen" house thing when I asked if anyone else had seen it on Fox right around the time Taco boy entered the scene (around October 17 or so). The omen house (or something to that effect) was a snippet on Megyn Kelley's america live one afternoon. It was part of her original interview with Deb/Jeremy. But it never aired again. I went to "fox insider" and listened to all 3 parts of Megyn's special. But it is not online with DB saying something about the "omen"/cursed (paraphrasing) house. Fox promised to post the entire interview but it is missing several snippets that Fox aired.

Has someone asked FOX not to air some of that interview or were the snippets teasers for ratings?

If you are having a hard time putting into words the way you are feeling about what happened to Tyler Dasher and what most of us suspect happened to Lisa Irwin..Peter at Seamus Oriley says it best...

"Now we know what "very, very angry" means to the local police officer.  We don't need to enter into his internal subjective, personal dictionary.

We may also have an indication as to why there is no 'cracking' of Deborah Bradley as Tyler's little body revealed the anger that he faced when he cried interrupting mommy's time...

When Deborah Bradley justified drinking wine mixed with prescription medication as "adult time" which she felt she had earned by "feeding" the three children, a chill ran up my spine, fearing what wrath was faced by a crying, cranky, Baby Lisa who had the misfortune of both having a cold, and being born to a selfish, neglectful mother and a weak, effeminate, abdicating father.  I can only hope the other two boys end up in better places."

 ::snipping2::
read the rest ....Great Post!

I remember those words exactly.  I tried to go back in our forums and look too...I couldn't find the first cage ...the one where Lisa first went missing.

Another thing that Titch keeps asking about is why they didn't take the carpet from the bedroom where the dogs hit....Some brilliant Monkeys hypothesized it may have been something lying on the floor they hit on like a blanket or clothing as opposed to the carpet itself.  I still haven't found who said that but it definately was some of our Monkeys!
