Doesn't everyone check on their young children at night when they get up for a drink of water or to go to the bathroom?  They really put them to bed for 12 hours without checking on them?  LOL, and my twins would have raised the roof if I put them to bed at 6:30.

Goodmorning Monkey's,

She would have needed to use the Bathroom all night long if she leads us to believe she drank a half box of wine.

I know DB is a big boned and hefty woman, (she may hold the liquid for period of time) eventually, she needed to use the
Bathroom.  "Talking head's" have not mentioned the bathroom needs, because it is ugly, I guess.

My opinion she would have bumped into doors along the way to the BR, if crap-faced drunk.

This is why the baby was gone before 7:30 pm.

Hi NICU!

Wondering... Is there a way to find out if there were any late term miscarriages occurring in that area for the past 6mos to year? Are there any cases where maybe somebody lost their baby & are blaming the doctors for unnecessary death? How would I even begin to search that? If, long stretch I know, but IF somebody really did steal Lisa then maybe they were suppering from post partum depression - men included. Maybe there's a couple that lost a baby & were so forelorn that they just decided to take somebody else's baby. So I'm wondering if it's possible that somebody scoped out Lisa's parents, their habits, their house plan, etc before jumping on the opportunity to steal her. If it is possible, then it would need to be somebody that knew Jeremy was working late that night.

Only brainstorming, please don't egg me...

On the daily mirror there is an article about Tyler Dasher. 1 yr old little boy from Missouri who was taken out of his bed during the night. Mom put him to bed around 10.30 at night. She did not wake up until 11 am next day, baby was gone...baby was found dead in woods and there is a suspect in custody...this case is eerily like Lisa's disappearance. A person was reported walking holding a baby wrapped only in a blanket...
Sorry that I don't know how to bring the link over from my IPad... (What you could do is to type the link in by hand. We need links to articles.     BTW, his mother has been arrested.

Link to Tyler Dasher's thread at Scared Monkeys:

New details in the death of Tyler Dasher
8:03 AM, Nov 16, 2011   |

Snipped:
Affton, Mo (KSDK) - A person named Shelby Dasher, which also happens to be the same name as the mother of Tyler Dasher, was booked on a 24-hour hold at 2:00 a.m. Wednesday at the county jail, according to a St. Louis County jail supervisor.

Shelby Dasher has not been named a suspect in the death of Tyler and has not been charged with a crime.

In a statement issued just before 6 a.m., St. Louis County police said an arrest has been made in the case, but the person has not yet been formally booked or processed. No other details will be announced until after the prosecuting attorney examines the case.

A person was escorted by investigators to the scene where 13-month-old Tyler Dasher's body was found yesterday and then was transported to St. Louis County Police Headquarters in Clayton.

Let's continue discussion on Tyler's case in his thread, please.  His mother has been arrested, BTW. MB

At this point and time (jmo) think people are trying to get a way with murder just like snotrag..

Confuse the hell out of LE/case, the elements and get a way with it.

OT-Not Muffy, but I am having the same issues with trying to figure out how to copy/paste on IPAD. And for the record, if I report anyone of you monkeys to the moderator .....my ipad did it, I wasn't there, I didn't see a thing, lol.
Hopefully, I can get my teenager to show me. If I get it down right I will post it in musings for you cookie!  an angelic monkey

Did yall see that the Irwin's have "moved" back home? I caught it on CNN this morning. (probably old news, I had to step away a little from these cases)

Does anyone know if the Missouri River leads to some sort of spillway/dam where maybe a body would end up if placed in that river? I know this sounds like a crude thought,  but I think this would be the most likely place to put a body.

Wonder why the Irwins have decided to move back home now, after all this time?  Could they now think they are safe from LE monitoring their calls?  Could it have something to do with the custody issue?  Maybe they want to be home for Christmas?

I would agree wou except that laws are different for the dad's that aren't married to their bio child's mom. The judicial system says this isn't so but it truly is. In order for Jeremy to gain full custody of their son, he had to request & pay for paternity testing so that it's on record, bc anybody can go to a hospital with a pregnant gf & sign off on the birth cert...and judges don;t like taking bio children away from the mother that carried & gave birth to them. Since Jeremy wasn't married to Rasleen, chances are he proved her to be an unfit mother of some kind. If she were a good mother, then why was she absent for half of her child's life, if not more? Plus she didn't even pay child support? Wow, what a lowlife imo. She can't even use the argument that Jeremy didn't let her see their son bc as a mother she has a legal right to visitation, as long as she isn't a bad influence. She could have taken him to court years ago to sue for visitation. She can't even use the excuse of court fees, etc, bc if the judge determined Jeremy was indeed keeping their son away from Rasleen then he would have made Jeremy pay the court fees for contempt of initial visitation orders. If she doesn't have transportation, then the judge would have Jeremy take their son to her or at a meeting place once a week or every other week for a few hours. Even if she were bad, like even in jail, she could still have visitation. She could even have supervised visitation. Fact is that Rasleen hasn't seen her son in years and there's absolutely no excuse for that worth listening to (from her). I'm very curious about Rasleen. I sure do hope her intentions are good but I'm skeptical. These children need stability, security. She's the last one at this point that I'd think should have the boy. If anything, keep both boys together and place them together at a gparent's house, away from the media attention & scrutiny.

Some news reports are stating that Debbie kept her son away from her ex (still husband) but that's not true either. Even Sean's very own mother said Sean won;t see his son bc of his mental problems from the war but he does pay child support.

I absolutely despise how the media spins stuff. I sure wish it would go back to the olden days of reporting the news as it happens without all the hooplah added for ratings.

I didn't realize that LE had ever made them leave the home.  It was my understanding they left the day of the disappearance and never went back for more than visits.

Hmmm. You're probably right, Kitty, but I thought I read they left after the house was thought to have been part of a crime scene. Then they went back. Didn't they go to stay with Deb's brother? Wait a sec... How did they leave the day of the disappearance when LE went back again with a search warrant on the 19th was it? I thought investigators searched the house, Lisa's room, etc, but not a thorough search of the whole house. They had to get a search warrant for the next time they went back in order to remove items of interest. Are my days off?

New plea from mom of brother of missing KC baby
Posted: Nov 16, 2011 12:14 PM CST Updated: Nov 16, 2011 12:14 PM CST

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - The mother of the half-brother of a missing Kansas City baby wants photos of her 8-year-old son removed from websites during the investigation.

Rasleen Raim's attorney made the request in a written statement Wednesday. Her son is the half-brother of Lisa Irwin, who has been missing since Oct. 4. Attorney Dorothy L. Savory didn't elaborate on the request.
