Glad you saw the potatoes reference - None I couldn't resist!

My skinny pants are a size 12 (a small 12)  Cool !  Don't be too impressed.

I am making shrimp skewers on Rosemary branches for dinner - it's all the rage on the food channel. and my new fav saffron orzo!

I am almost in 12s for the first time since high school after losing over 40 pounds since February!  My goal is an 8 also but I don't remember ever wearing that size!

Yikes everyone is losing weight..   Muscle Let's Get Physical! Physical...
Let's Get Physical! Physical... I was a really thin, scrawny guy for a large portion of my life. You know that "Before" kid in those Charles Atlas body building commercials who gets sand kicked in his face? That kid could've kicked my ass. I blame this all on an epsiode of "The Love Boat" I watched when I was young. In it, this totally hot woman was into some master-Rubik's-cube-solving skinny nerd because she loved brainy guys. I figured that all women would be like that; they'd be so enamored with brain that they'd fail to notice my neck could barely support the skull it was contained in. (On a side note, I'm also not sure why I thought women would be attracted to me for my mind given that I was stupid enough to get my relationship advice from episodes of The Love Boat).. Actually I used to eat raw eggs trying to gain weight then when I was in my 40's something happen.. So now I try to eat to excess only on the weekends and during the week just healthy stuff..  I have to admit that sometimes my weekend starts on Thursday and last until Monday.. Very Happy  Very Happy

Infants are kinda fascinating. You can almost see their little minds working, trying to make sense of the world around them, all the while thinking, "I wonder if I could eat that."  Umm that bug looks good and no one is looking..

I think one of the greatest days of my life was when I was doing one of those stupid team-building ropes courses comapnies send their employess to. It wasn't the exercise itself that affected me -- it was the fact that I was selected to be one of the anchor guys because I was one of the 'strong ones.' Okay, that's enough for now.

I love hot peppers, hot sauce, hot anything!  I think it has helped too!  That and not eating lots of stuff I used to and a little exercise never hurts!!
