I remember this article. I thought it was interesting that the kids were told Lisa (their mother) died of a sudden heart attack but Johnny Chiaravalotti says something else:

Lisa's death looked like an accident so it was ruled an accident. But I know my sister and she was smarter than that. And her death occurred on the 10th birthday of her youngest son who found her dead in bed on his birthday. Is the disappearance of this child and the suspicious death of my sister connected ? Is this just a coincidence ? We have one Lisa dead and another Lisa missing. I love my niece Debbie , the mother of this missing child. And I have no idea who her boyfriend is. Nor do I know what was going on in their lives in the past few years. But I do know that I lost my sister Lisa 10 years ago and I will always be very suspicious about her death. Now this poor child is missing. I am curious to know if her grandfather was around.

Me - so guess I should hit up newsjournal archives to see police activity. What did she die of? Heart attack or drug overdose or overdose that instigated heart failure.

Imagine being a kid that has parents with alcohol problems, drugs involved, a young boy turning 10 on the same day he found his mother dead from "something". My God.

However, Johnny's insinuations are apparent. I think he wonders if Debbie's dad was involved since he up & moved the kids back to MO where he grew up. IMO he did what any father I know would have done - move to where you're most comfortable, to where your family is so you can lean on them for support...but it seems like he casts blame toward David. Does he blame him for little Lisa's disappearance, also, considering it's the anniversiary of her grandmother's death? How ironic that he was several thousands of dollars behind in back child support & he skipped out really fast after Lisa died. Johnny says David moved near Lisa & their kids when she wanted to go back to DE but Debbie tells her mil that her mom lived on 1 floor while her father lived on another, a home that her father bought. Something doesn't seem right. I'm going to check records. I wonder, could David have told his kids a softer version of how their mother died so as to soften the blow? Could he have moved them back to MO after Lisa's death to get them away from her family? Was her family a bad influence? Was the Netz family a bad influence? Could this be the reason David lashed out at the media & public, maybe bc he doesn't want some things to surface?

She was a self-employed house cleaner for the last 8 years. She has been a member of Alcoholics Anonymous for the last 8 years. She was the daughter of the late John Chivalette, Jr. who died in 1968
She is survived by her husband of 16 years, David L. Netz, Jr.; 2 sons, Anthony and Phillip Netz both at home; 1 daughter, "Lil" Debbie Netz at home; her mother, Margaret Pretti Chivalette of Linwood; 2 brothers, John Chivalette of White Haven, PA and Vincent Chivalette of Linwood; 3 sisters, Cindy LeRette of Kansas City, MO, Debbie Shanko of Aston, PA and Kristin Mushinski of Linwood; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service, 8 pm Monday at the WARD FUNERAL HOME, 1459 Market St., Linwood where friends may call from 6-8 pm. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions in her name to the Sun East Federal Credit Union, c/o Margaret Chivalette Trust Fund, P. O. Box 2231, Aston, PA 19014 would be appreciated by the family.

OMG, they're ancestry goes back to Calabria, Italy. Some of my family's heritage is from the same area! Johnny is still using correct info on his surname. He can use Chivalette OR Chiaravalotti OR Chiaravalotti. After this I'm done with the heritage stuff, only trying to help make it clear why Johnny is using that last name. If you're not of Italian heritage, you may not have known this, so no disrespect meant, literally trying to be informative.

Here's this info, so hopefully it helps some that question the changing of the last name. Keep in mind, some surnames were shortened or Americanized, some surnames was a compilation of their Italian town and area...

Theodore Chivalette Sr., originally Teodoro Chiaravalloti from Satriano, Catanzaro, Calabria, Italy.

note: Italian vital records for the family show the name as Chiaravalloti spelled with two L's and one T. The name is a derivative of Chiaravalle Centrale, a town very close to Satriano, where Teodoro lived.

Oh how wish Lisa would be found! It really upsets me to the Nth degree that by the time Lisa is found (if she is ever found) evidence will be gone! How many more people (whether it be parents or not!) are going to get away with murdering children!?

If this alleged psychic did swipe Janet's timeline, then shame on her...because Janet researches these cases and spends hours tirelessly putting together info and timelines to help find these children!

Good mornin SamsMom. It's over on this blog. It was supposed to be part of the reason LE went over to do the search near Sams Town last night@ around 8:30p (The women who went to investigate this area in the pictures allegedly smelled human de-comp very strongly where this picture was taken)..... You'll have to read the postings.

I haven't gone to the second site, yet. 

Personally, I haven't seen a case where psychics really provide help in cracking these cases, but I am always hoping that the truth comes out however it is discovered.

Good mornin SamsMom. It's over on this blog. It was supposed to be part of the reason LE went over to do the search near Sams Town last night@ around 8:30p (The women who went to investigate this area in the pictures allegedly smelled human de-comp very strongly where this picture was taken)..... You'll have to read the postings.

Ah. Yes, thank you. I agree with you. Also, I think if decomp were really smelled somewhere, it would have made at least the local news. And nothing I can find on the local news sites state anything about any decomp being smelled or such. So, I will take this all with a grain of salt until I can find it reported by a news source.
