I did a little digging and think this may be Mom:

https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=800009168&sk=wall

Note: in her photos, there are virtually none of Sky, only the little girl. Also note she list her kids as "Sky Elijah" and "Maile Grace". There is also a flickr photo account that I will post next.

I believe the father is "Solomon Sadruddin Metalwala" and his facebook is:

https://www.facebook.com/metalwala

I came to the above conclusions from court documents and after viewing the
above. I will post the court docs in a moment.

If that facebook page is the dad, it lists his hometown as Pakistan.  Maybe mom was afraid he would leave the country?

more confirmation on parents names:

 ::snipping2::
Records show that Redmond police cited the woman, Julia Biryukova, and her husband, Solomon Metalwala, in 2009 for leaving a child unattended in a vehicle. The case was dismissed after they agreed to probation, community service and a 10-week parenting class.
 ::snipping2::
http://www.komonews.com/news/local/133378413.html

It looks like the Parenting Class was a waste of time for those 2
ITA.....and check this out too: (found this googling Julia's name) Sounds like she made several recordings of what went on as they were exchanging the children.

http://juliabiryukova.blogspot.com/search?updated-min=2010-01-01T00%3A00%3A00-08%3A00&updated-max=2011-01-01T00%3A00%3A00-08%3A00&max-results=2

OMG!  That is awful and disgusting.  It's like these children are pawns to some people.

Is mom Russian and Dad Native American?
Yes, I think Mom's name is a "russian" name and Dad looks to be Pakistani. This is from his "info" on facebook:

From Karachi, Pakistan

Search for missing boy shifts to mother's Redmond home

BELLEVUE, Wash. - FBI investigators are now lending their expertise in the case of a 2-year-old Bellevue boy who disappeared after his mother says she left him in an unlocked car that had run out of gas.
Police said this morning that there are many unanswered questions regarding the boy's disappearance.
Police say last night they obtained consent to search the mother's vehicle and her apartment in Redmond. The search continued this morning in the area surrounding her apartment.
Crime scene tape was seen on a door leading to a trash area next to her apartment.

It doesn't look like LE is buying "Mom's" story either. Listening to the recordings posted earlier on her blog, she seems very manipulative....jmo

enter the parents names and accept the "disclaimer"  and you will see that there is a trial set for the dissolution on the 14th of this month.....you will also see there have been restraining orders and changes of judges and lots of things going on with this divorse.....obviously ALOT of emotion and drama.

I drove down to where her car was when she left the baby last night and there was still a Bellevue Police car, a Bellevue Police Van marked bicycle unit and a HUGE FOX news van.  The closest gas station would probably be a 10 minute walk,,not so far at all.  I use to live right near by and now I am about 2 miles from where she left the car.
Thanks Spodie for that information. It doesn't sound like her story holds water.....I hope she didn't hurt this baby to get back at the husband. I am more inclined to believe she is hiding the child somehow.

more from the article Klaas brought over:

 ::snipping2::
Search teams went door-to-door and combed an area roughly 20 city blocks long on Sunday, Bellevue police said.  Police suspended the search in the wooded residential neighborhood around 6 p.m., but continued to follow up on other leads, including questioning the mother at headquarters.

"Search and rescue is confident that the child is nowhere in this area," said Carla Iafrate, Bellevue police.

The North Towne Chevron, a little less than a mile from the scene, said the woman called a friend from the gas station to come get her.

Iafrate said at least one of the car doors was unlocked, and that the vehicle started when they tested it, but cautioned that that was possible for a car that has been sitting for some time.

The boy’s father, Solomon Metalwala, says he hasn't seen his son in almost a year because of an ongoing custody dispute with his ex-wife. Now he fears he may never see him again.
 ::snipping2::

Complicating matters is a prior incident at the Redmond Target store two years ago, where the parents left the same child, then just a baby, sleeping in his car seat as the two shopped.   An onlooker called police. Sky was left alone for nearly an hour.

The boy's father admits it was a stupid mistake and can't imagine how his ex could have done it again.

“Why is Julia out here at 8:50 a.m., especially in Bellevue, she lives all the way in Redmond. She has done something. I don't know what she has done,” he said.
 ::snipping2::

and a comment I found interesting to the article:

Are you F***ing kidding me right now? She has already been cited once in the past for abandonment of her child in a car..? On Komo's site she talked about how she was recently abused and feared for her and her offsprings lives... Stop the pity me BS lady.. YOUR the dumb@$$ who repeatedly puts your child's lives in danger..You don't deserve your children. I really hope you get put behind bars for this stunt.. I hope they find the child and have CPS get involved removing both from the parent(s) custody... How foolish can one?

Parents of missing toddler previously cited for leaving child

By GENE JOHNSON and MANUEL VALDES, Associated Press Published: Nov 7, 2011 at 11:55 AM PST Last Updated: Nov 7, 2011 at 4:08 PM PST

 ::snipping2::
http://www.komonews.com/news/local/133378413.html

Court records also show the boy's mother had obtained a restraining order against his father last year.

 ::snipping2::
In December 2009, officers in Redmond cited Biryukova and her husband, Solomon Metalwala, for reckless endangerment after they acknowledged leaving Sky, then 3 months old, in their Cadillac sport-utility vehicle in a Target parking lot on a 27-degree day. A shopper who heard the baby crying called police, and a responding officer reported that the car felt cold.

Paged inside the store, the couple said they had left the baby in the car for about 20 minutes because they didn't want to wake him up.

 ::snipping2::
The couple had been together for 14 years, married since 2003 and separated in March 2010, court records show. In June 2010, the same month Metalwala filed for divorce, Biryukova, 30, filed for a protection order on behalf of herself and their two children.

She said Metalwala, 36, had a severe anger problem, was verbally abusive and that he had beat her for the first time on Christmas Day, just weeks after the incident at the Target parking lot. The reason was that she had allowed Sky to sleep later than expected, she said.

"He became furious like I have never seen him before, he grabbed me by my hair (in front of our 3½ year old daughter), dragged me into our hallway, threw me down on the floor and then threw me against a decorative column we have in the entrance of our home," Biryukova wrote. "He continued to assault me with his feet - by kicking me and then he took out his car keys and continued to scratch me in any area he could."

The abuse escalated after that, with Solomon telling her to go live on the street and work as a prostitute, she said.

"The most, most recent have been his threats to kill me if I say anything against him or if in any way I proceed with action of seeking custody of our two small children," Biryukova added. "I live in constant fear for my life and my children's life. Please investigate and help me!"

He responded that she had mental health issues and that he feared for the safety of the children when they were in her care.

A man who answered the phone at King Street Kafe and Market, a shop Metalwala owns in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood, referred calls to a Leslie Clay Terry III, a lawyer who represented the couple in the reckless endangerment case. Terry did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

So absolutely no reason for it to have taken her an hour to get back to the car.

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2011/11/07/parents-missing-wash-boy-had-been-cited-before/

The toddler's disappearance Sunday in Bellevue, a city of 122,000 across Lake Washington from Seattle, came at the height of a custody fight between his parents, Julia Biryukova and Solomon Metalwala. They separated in March 2010 amid back-and-forth protective orders and allegations of abuse and psychiatric problems.

snip ::snipping2::

Last December, a social worker determined that there was a "preponderance of evidence" that Metalwala had struck his daughter hard enough to cause bruising, court records show. The social worker also said Sky had troubling bruises, but because the boy could not talk, it wasn't clear where he got them. However the attorney for Metalwala, Leslie Clay Terry III, said Monday that case worker had only interviewed the mother and that Child Protective Services later conducted an investigation that cleared Metalwala.

snip ::snipping2::

Last week, at a mandatory mediation session, a tentative agreement was hammered out that would allow Metalwala to have some visitation with Sky and his older sister, his lawyer said.

snip ::snipping2::

The couple had been together for 14 years. He was 21 and she was a high school sophomore when they began dating, according to one of her court declarations. In another declaration, her mother, Nadia Biryukova, wrote that they married in 2003 in her kitchen just before he was to be deported to Pakistan.
snip  ::snipping2::

CPS received six referrals about the family from late 2009 to late 2010, state officials reported in court documents.

Missing boy's father takes polygraph, results inconclusive

http://www.komonews.com/news/local/133415258.html

BELLEVUE, Wash. -- The father of a missing Bellevue toddler took an hours-long polygraph test on Monday night, but the results were said to be inconclusive.

An attorney representing Solomon Metalwala said he believes the reason for the inconclusive results is his client's fatigue. Attorney Clay Terry said Metalwala is "exhausted" as he hadn't slept much since his son disappeared on Sunday. Metalwala will take another polygraph test on Tuesday to clear his name, Terry said.

 ::snipping2::

Investigators searched a 20-block area and even went door to door but found no sign of him. The FBI, King County Sheriff's Office and a King County helicopter were enlisted to help.

Officials also said Monday that no gas can was found near the car despite the mother's account that she went to get gas after the car ran out of fuel. The car also started for police.

 ::snipping2::

According to a declaration filed by the boys' father in February 2011, Biryukova began demonstrating "very odd behavior" in 2008 when she became obsessed with cleaning. He said she had mental health problems and was involuntarily committed to a mental clinic in 2010.

But Biryukova has claimed it is her husband who has issues. In June 2010, Biryukova filed for a protection order on behalf of herself and their two children, saying the man had a severe anger problem, was verbally abusive and that he had beat her for the first time the previous Christmas. The reason was that she had allowed Sky - just 4 months old at the time - to sleep later than expected, she said.

But Solomon Metalwala claims his wife's statements are mere symptoms of her illnesses and hold no truth. He said Biryukova "constantly attacks me in her extra long declarations," which, he believes are "designed to intentionally put me in a bad light."

What I'm reading in some articles on the internet it seems that the car was not out of gas ( despite her story) she didn't bring any gas back with her, she called a friend from the gas station to give her a ride back to the car just to discover that her son is missing and  then she starts the car without a problem! Now somebody tell me that the story doesn't sound fishy

On Fox News this morning the father was interviewed and stated the mom was not only depressed, she also used to have dreams of killing her children.

The whole thing sounded "fishy" from the get go imo, starting with the mom's story she ran out of gas and took the four year old daughter with her, but left the two year old in the car.  That's bad, but it continues to go downhill from there.  The more we read and learn, the worse it gets.

Guys how busy is that road she left the car on? Is it possible that nobody would see an unattended child in a car? Somebody must have seen something if what she is saying is the truth. Also have you realized that she's been awfully quiet since it all happened? She's not talking with the media, no public plea to return her son. I really don't know what to think of it.
