Posting a detailed timeline for the day/night/morning Lisa disappeared, based on information known to date.  Might not be 100% perfect, but I did my best for little Lisa.  Please, anyone, feel free to make any necessary or helpful corrections or post updates as the case progresses.

====================

Timeline for October 3-4, 2011

Lisa Irwin, DOB 11Nov2010
Kansas City MO

Lisa Irwin = missing baby
DB = Deborah Bradley, Lisa's mother
JI = Jeremy Irwin, Lisa's father
Lisa's brothers = Jeremy's son, Deb's son, 8 and 5
PN = Phillilp Netz, Deborah's brother, Lisa's uncle
SB = female neighbor, at Irwin house that evening
Shane = young male, brand new neighbor, also there
SB's husband = moved out that night, trial separation
JT = Jersey Tanko, petty criminal, moocher, local handyman
MW = Megan Wright, former gf of Jersey
Dane = mysterious man who allegedly had MW's phone

Information as of 11Nov2011, Lisa's 1st Birthday:

=====================================

11:19am:  MW uses her phone to post on FB: "need to get out of here today... living in a house with two families is getting rough. I feel like I don't even have a family any more... or a place that I belong."  <https://www.facebook.com/Juggalette.Skittles?sk=wall>

12:57pm:  MW's cousin?niece? posts a sympathetic reply to MW.

12:59PM:  MW replies quickly, saying that things are getting better, and are "always darkest before the dawn."  One minute later, the relative says she's glad and adds, "you should write me back."  MW does not reply until over 12 hours later, at 1:36am.  <https://www.facebook.com/Juggalette.Skittles?sk=wall>

"Early afternoon:"  SB and her husband attend a marriage counseling session, taking the counselor's advice to separate, starting this evening.  He will get his things and go stay with a friend for the night.

2:30pm:  JI comes home from his regular job.  He will be leaving around 5pm to work his first ever night-time shift at a side job for extra money, as the family has been having financial difficulties lately.

"Afternoon:"  One media source reports that JI and DB learn that non-payment of their cell phone bill has resulted in restricted phone service. However another report says only that their phone service was 'redlined' that afternoon, and it is not clear whether JI and/or DB knew it had happened.

4:30pm:  Lisa allegedly is seen in her crib at this time.  One media source says that SB and her daughter were in the Irwin home at this time.

4:50pm:  Having left the children at home with JI, DB and her brother PN are at the nearby grocery store buying baby food and wipes, and a box of wine.  The neighbor, SB, may have been at the house at the time, or may have stopped by.

5:00 pm: SB's husband leaves their home to begin a trial separation. He spends the night at a friend's house and texts his wife during the night.

5:00pm: DB and PN arrive back at the Irwin home from the store.  One account says PN stayed.  Another says he left, but came back later.  And yet another says he slept there, and can attest to DB having been drunk later that evening.  DB never mentions his presence in her stories to the media.  PN is the same brother who years ago discovered their mother's dead body in her bed on his tenth birthday, when DB was fifteen.

5:20pm:  JI leaves for work.  Note:  His expected quitting time is 10:30, 12ish, or 2:00am, depending on the reporting.  It is reported that at some point in the evening, JI unsuccessfully attempts to reach DB on her cell phone to let her know he will be working much later than expected.  At any rate, per LE, JI remains at work until 3ish am, as verified by surveillance video at the job site.

5:20-?pm:  DB is cooking a chicken and macaroni dinner for her kids, as well as for SB & her daughter.

5:30ish pm:  Dinner.  Do the adults and kids all eat together?  Does Lisa eat with them?  Is anyone else in the home at dinner time?

6ish or later:  SB leaves to purchase additional alcohol, returning sometime between 6:30 and 7pm.

6:30pm:  One news account states that JB and SB sat out on the front porch from 6:30 to 10:30 that night.  However, this start time conflicts with the oft-noted bedtime of 6:40pm for Lisa that evening.

6:40pm:  Other accounts have SB leaving at 6:40 to purchase alcohol.

6:40pm:  DB allegedly puts a sick and fussy Lisa to bed in her crib for the night.

6:40pm:  JI has been gone for a little over an hour and is not expected home for a long time.

7ish pm:  Some reports have SB returning to the Irwin home around this time after buying alcohol.  SB later asserts that her 4 year old daughter, presumably left at the Irwin home during this supplemental alcohol run, had seen Lisa alive around 6:30 and 'apparently' fine.  One story has the little girl reporting to her mommy that Lisa tried to give her a messy, wet baby-kiss.  (Perhaps when she was put to bed, DB had Lisa 'say goodnight' to the other kids?)

7ish pm:  DB alleges that she returns to Lisa's room to check on her, after putting her to bed at 6:40.  She reportedly finds Lisa standing up in her crib at this time, fussing.  DB allegedly gives Lisa her bottle and "puts her down." According to DB, this is the last time she recalls for sure that she saw Lisa, as she was black-out drunk later in the evening and can't recall whether she checked on the sick baby before allegedly going to bed herself at 10:30.  Note:  Asked in a media interview to recall the last moments she spent with her baby, DB poignantly recounts a sweet and idyllic "usual" bedtime routine, rather than describing a sick and fussy Lisa standing up in her crib, resisting having been put to bed early for the night, delaying Mom's 'grown-up time.'

7ish pm:  The children (2boys, 1girl) watch a movie(s?) while the two moms sit outside on the front porch, smoking and drinking until 10:30.  Note:  There is no reliable information as to when or where DB's boys or SB's daughter fell asleep or were put to bed.  (It was a school night.)  However, DB has said the younger boy awoke from a nightmare much later that evening, and asked to sleep with her.  JI seemed to have a different understanding as to why the younger boy was in bed with mom when he arrived home from work.  In contrast, the PI said that both boys started out the night in mom's bed, and the older one moved to his own bunk bed sometime in the night of his own volition, leaving the younger one with Mom.  NOTE:  When LE searched the home with cadaver dogs, there was a hit for human decomp on the floor near this bed.

7ish pm:  Shane comes over, a new kid in the neighborhood, staying with his grandparents. He introduces himself and hangs around on the porch with the ladies for awhile, smoking with them but not drinking.  He stays for awhile (sometimes reported at an hour and a half), leaves, and then returns later on, after DB goes in at 10:30, to chat with SB outside for a bit.

7ish until 10:30pm:  For about 3.5 hours, the children are presumably inside the house playing and watching a movie, while DB and SB, along with Shane for part of the time, and possibly PN and/or someone else as yet unknown to us, allegedly smoked, drank, and talked out on the front porch. No one reports having heard or seen Lisa.  No one checks on her.

8:30pm:  (unconfirmed) DB's phone calls MW's phone, which may have been in the possession of Dane at that point, who may or may not have left the home where Megan spent most of the evening downstairs.  Dane allegedly has possession of the phone and uses it from 8ish pm until around midnight.  (Alternatively, this 8:30pm call may have been an 11:57pm call, and/or a 2:30am call or text. There is much confusion about the times of possible calls from the missing family phones that night.)  Note:  MW's phone number could have previously been used by JT, who is her recent ex-boyfriend.  Question:  Is there a connection between Dane and JT?  Dane and Shane?

9:30pm:  A neighbor notices that the sprinklers are on at another neighbor's home.  Jersey is said to be taking care of their yard at the time, so he could be presumed to be in the area at this time.

10:30pm:  Possibly JI's expected come-home time (however his expected ETA has also been reported as closer to midnight or 2am).

10:30pm:  DB goes inside to go to bed at this time.  In the first versions of her story, she claimed that she checked on Lisa at this time, which was the last time she saw the baby.  However, she later changed her story and the investigative timeline, saying she was actually drunk and perhaps blacked out, and does NOT recall checking on Lisa at 10:30, and may not have done so.  She will later state that the youngest boy came in to sleep with her when he awoke with a nightmare, and also that she believes the boys may have heard "something," variously "voices" or "a clicking noise" during the night.

10:30pm:  After DB goes inside, SB remains outside her own home talking to Shane, who had returned, until around 11:30.

10:33pm:  SB's newly-estranged husband sends her a text saying goodnight, and that he loves her and their little girl. She sends a reply 21 minutes later, at 10:54.

**time?** JI reportedly tries to call DB from Starbucks to tell her he'll be working later than planned.  DB doesn't answer the call for whatever reason; whether she was passed out as she claims, whether she was busy doing something she has not yet revealed, had the phone off, it was already "missing" from the home, or the phone could not receive calls because of nonpayment of the account (though if it were because of the latter, one would assume that JI would have been aware of this).  The call goes unanswered, resulting in a recorded "unavailable or out of service" message.  It is unclear whether or not the call was then forwarded to voicemail.  Note:  If DB were passed out in her bedroom, she probably could not have heard a call coming in if she left all the phones on the kitchen counter as she says she did.  Also, if her phone actually rang, it seems that one of the boys might have heard it, since they were only asleep, and presumably not passed out drunk like DB.  Note:  Cell phone records for the "missing phones" show that DB's phone attempted to call voicemail shortly after 3am, and also attempted to connect to the Internet.

10:54pm:  SB replies to her newly-estranged husband's 10:33 text, saying that she and their daughter love him, too.

11ish pm:  MW possibly got her phone back around this time.  (But she also claims it was much later, in different versions of the story.)

11:00pm:  Neighbor notices that the other neighbor's sprinklers have now been shut off, with the assumption that Jersey must have been the one who did it.

11ish? 11:30pm?:  A neighbor sees JT walking toward the back yard of a neighboring home (the sprinkler house?). Another neighborhood sighting (same witness?) has him walking while carrying a neighbor's dog (time unknown).  This strange sighting could be of significance when compared to sightings later that night, of a man allegedly carrying an unclothed baby.

11:30ish pm:  Shane leaves, after having stayed outside talking to SB for about an hour after DB has gone inside. SB goes into her house. Not known when or under what circumstances her daughter is put to bed.  Not known where Shane goes when he leaves either time.

11:30ish pm:  Upon entering her own house, SB notices that the lights were turned off at the Irwin home.

11:57pm:  DB's phone allegedly calls MW's phone (again?).  This is either before or after MW gets her phone back with its call logs erased, depending on which version of her story is accepted.  Another resident will later report seeing Dane using MW's phone all night, and using it again "in a dark corner of the house" after midnight, following MW's alleged fit about her erased logs.

Midnightish:  MW possibly got her phone back around this time, or maybe later.  Or earlier.  She says she spent the entire evening "downstairs."  Meanwhile, at least some of the 7 housemates and apparently MW's phone were located "upstairs."  MW says Dane used her phone between 8:30 and midnight.  She says she does not know whether or not he left the house during that time.  She says that sometime after speaking with LE following Lisa's disappearance, Dane "dropped off the face of the earth."  MW herself allegedly moved out of the house and away from the KC area after becoming a prominent figure in the media in relation to the case.

"Sometime after midnight:"  A housemate of MW's claims she sees Dane using MW's phone in a dark corner of the house, and that when he hears her approaching, he says "Shh, someone's coming" and clams up.

12:15am:  A couple sees a man of medium height, with no hair or very short hair, wearing a white shirt, carrying an infant in the Irwin neighborhood.  They report that it was unusual because it was a cool night (45 degrees), and from what they saw of the baby (only a bare arm and leg,) it appeared to be wearing only a diaper.  Note:  In a bizarre twist, another neighbor may have seen Jersey carrying a different neighbor's dog late on this night.

1:36am:  MW uses her phone to reply more than twelve hours later to her relative's 12:59pm comment on MW's FB:  "I did [write you back], but I lost the stamp...I'll get one tomorrow...I love you..." <https://www.facebook.com/Juggalette.Skittles?sk=wall>

2ish am:  MW possibly gets her phone back.  Or maybe later.  [Note that she made a post on FB from her phone at 1:36am.]  She was possibly at the Waffle house at this time, or maybe later.

2:30am:  Text allegedly from or to Deb's cell (rumor only):  "Ready when you are." (or c/b 8:30pm)

2:30ish am:  White-clad figure walking near woods, not carrying anything, is visible in fuzzy surveillance camera footage from gas station.

2:38am:  Someone calls 911 to report a parking-lot dumpster fire at the condominium complex located a couple of blocks from the Irwin home.

3:00am:  MW is possibly at the Waffle House at this time, or maybe later.  Or earlier.

3:17am:  DB's phone attempts to check voicemail by dialing *86.

3:22am:  DB's phone again attempts to check voicemail by dialing *86.  Note:  DB's phone also reportedly made five (un?/successful?) attempts to log onto the Internet, times unknown.

3:22am:  Latest time specified in Picerno/FBI meeting, for activity (and/or pings?) from DB's phone.

3:45ish?:  JI returns home.  Front door is unlocked.  All the lights are on.  He is annoyed about this.  He goes into the bedroom and finds DB asleep with their younger son, and a stray kitten they took in earlier (when? from where? where is this kitten now?) is allegedly also on the bed.  JI wakes up DB and confronts her.  On the floor near this bed is where LE cadaver dogs later hit on the scent of human decomposition.  JI checks on the other boy and goes to check on Lisa.  Lisa is not in her crib.  They begin looking for her and calling for her.  JI runs next door to ask SB if she has Lisa.  JI gets a flashlight and searches around the outside of the property.  They notice their cell phones are missing from the kitchen.  JI uses his work cell phone to call 911.

4:00am:  MW is possibly at the Waffle House at this time, or maybe later.  Or earlier.

4:08 am:  JI uses his work cell phone to call 911.  Police arrive a few minutes later.  Another source puts this call at 4:05.

4:15(?) am:  A man says he saw a guy carrying a baby, but this sighting was not near the Irwin neighborhood.

5:00am:  SB's husband gets up early for his job at Whiteman AFB, after spending the first night of their trial separation at his friend's place.

5:59am:  SB's husband receives a call from SB informing him that Lisa has gone missing overnight.

6:00am:  MW says she obtained her food stamps at this time, then went shopping.  She says she had spent a long time at the Waffle House in the early morning hours, either clipping grocery coupons there, or clipping coupons at home before heading to the Waffle House.

7ish am:  Amber Alert issued for Lisa Irwin.

8:31am:  MW's relative posts again on MW's FB.  MW does not reply until 1:27pm, five hours later.

9ish am:  After searching the home and property and surrounding neighborhood, police expand their search into nearby fields and wooded areas.

1:27pm:  MW posts on her FB from her phone, in reply to her relative's post made five hours earlier:  "... I got a stamp today but decided to write another letter due to changes/updates... Dare I say it:  GOOD NEWS this time.  Hopefully this change in my attitude and my situation continues on the up and up ..."  <https://www.facebook.com/Juggalette.Skittles?sk=wall>

2:00pm:  Firefighters and LE are searching a steep hillside near the Irwin home.  A command post is set up.

5:00pm:  Searching yields nothing.  The main search is called off for the day, while some personnel continue to search throughout the night.

=================================

Major irregularity in the investigation timeline:

When police arrive in response to the 911 call, DB reports that she last saw Lisa sleeping in the crib at 10:30pm when she herself went to bed.  JI and DB tell police that they discovered Lisa missing when he arrived home a few minutes earlier, finding the lights on, the front door unlocked, and the computer room window apparently tampered with.  This makes for a 5-hour-plus window for the alleged abduction. They also reported that their three cell phones had been taken from the kitchen counter.

It is not until the public release of the grocery store surveillance video days later, showing DB buying wine with her brother around 5pm, that DB admits she was drunk that night, but has no remorse about it, defending her right to have her "grownup time."  This drastically changes her story -- and the timeline.  Now she does not recall checking on Lisa at 10:30 at all.  She says the last time she remembers seeing Lisa is actually around 7pm.  The "abduction" window is now more than 8.5 hours, and the new alleged last sighting of the victim is by a mother who has now changed her story.

   A clarification:

Quote

Regarding "this" bed --

The cadaver dog detected the scent of human decomp in an area of the floor near the bed in the master bedroom, where DB was allegedly sleeping with the younger child  --  NOT next to the bunk bed in the boys' room where the older child was sleeping.

My apologies if the original wording is ambiguous.

<snip>

The family’s local attorney, John Picerno, said the authorities gave him times of the phone’s activity the night of the baby’s disappearance, Oct. 3 going into the early hours Oct. 4.

“That’s what we’ve been told by the FBI,” Picerno told NBC Action News.

New Phone Timeline

11:57 p.m.   Call made from Deborah Bradley phone to Megan Wright Phone

3:17 a.m.   Attempt to check voicemail and access Internet on Deborah Bradley’s phone

3:22 a.m.  Second attempt to check voicemail and access Internet on Deborah Bradley’s phone

   8:30 a.m.    Police call Megan Wright’s phone.

Picerno said one of the phones taken from the Irwin home made a call to Megan Wright’s phone at 11:57 pm, Oct. 3.

The call went to Megan Wright’s phone. Wright and attorneys for the family say there is no relationship between Wright and the family.

Wright said she put her phone on a table that night for about five hours and told a group of friends she was living with they could use it.

“I was downstairs probably from 5:00 until midnight when I was looking for my phone again. Told everyone I was going downstairs,” Wright said. “Told them if they needed it, go ahead, feel free.”

She said police interviewed her, and a friend named Dane Oct. 4 after detectives called her phone pretending they wanted to buy a GPS device she was trying to sell.

Police say the man they don’t know the man’s whereabouts, but although they do want to talk with him again, he isn’t a suspect.
