ORLANDO, Fla. -- Attorneys have launched a new attempt to try and force Casey Anthony to come out of hiding.

Lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez, the Kissimmee woman suing Anthony for defamation, are using recently leaked video of Casey to fuel their case.

Gonzalez is suing Anthony, claiming her name was ruined when Anthony said a woman by the same name kidnapped her child, Caylee.

Anthony now claims that the videos' release were not her doing, but Gonzalez' attorneys said the videos were all orchestrated as part of Casey's pursuit of big money.

"My computer was recently hacked," she writes. "Private videos that were recorded…" The rest of her claim is redacted.

The form was filled out just 15 minutes after Anthony's video diary first made an appearance to the world on the "TODAY Show."

Dr. Drew, I am beginning not to like him. Think he is sucking up to her on tv, for what ? Think he might be interested in an exclusive interview ?
A frontal lobe issue. Just extactly what is that ? and he thinks this because ? He is a Doctor and can tell from looking at her, never met her, never had a conversation with her. Isn't any brain condition diagnosed by medical tests, like Cat Scans, MRI's PET scans ? Post Mortem tests, that I would like for Casey.
So, I changed the channel and watched Hairy Bikers. They are gourmet bikers and they cooked up rats, kinda like a strange version of Julia Child. Now I have no appetite and will have bad dreams called, What kind of meat is that in there ? ( with the likely hair ).

Casey Anthony is planning to fire her lawyer Jose Baez, who defended her in the 2011 murder trial involving her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. She’s angry over how he’s handling the media circus around her first sit-down interview.

Sources tell us Anthony is furious that Baez has been basking in the limelight and rubbing shoulders with top TV talent, but hasn’t nailed down a big interview deal for her.

Anthony’s original attorney, Cheney Mason, will take over as her representative to the media, and sources say an announcement is imminent.

“Casey doesn’t want to be reading that Jose’s working on all of these deals on her behalf,” a source said, adding that Anthony avidly pores over online reports about herself and her camera-hogging lawyer. “She thinks he’s using her name as a meal ticket,” the source said.

another thing and then I am going back to bed..does anyone think that the State of Florida is paying for Casey's web cam so that she can communicate with her probation officer since she is so afraid for her life if she goes out in public? I bet she is doing her monthly visit through the web cam..She was on web cam in disguise for one of the depositions for Zeneida also wasn't she?  Florida and the taxpayers might be bamboozled by the skank again...I just think that if she was showing up in person at any parole office in Florida, someone would have leaked it or seen her or had a picture of her by now jmo...

disgusting that this pos thinks that she is some kind of celebrity. I didnt think it was possible for her to make herself more detestable. The fact that the world hates her and she got away with murder isnt even enough to make her crawl back under her rock. This entire family has a special place in hell imo.
