Danziger said that Anthony told him she "believed that her father drowned Caylee deliberately or drowned her while he was molesting her, even though she had no evidence that George [Anthony] had ever molested Caylee in the past."

Weitz, referring to the account Casey Anthony gave him, gave a similar version of events. He indicated Anthony asserted "that Caylee could not have died by accident and that George had murdered her," according to the book.

In a meeting with Casey in July 26 2008, after Caylee was still missing, Danziger described Casey as acting normal -- which in his opinion would not be the same way he would act if his child was missing.

His notes read:

    Mood, good. Reading books, keeping self distracted. Calm, bright affect. No feelings of guilt, not hopeless. Sleeping fine. Appetite okay. Weight stable. Energy okay. Concentration normal. Able to read. And I wrote in there suprisingly cheerful but not manic.

    [Question: What's -- explain that to me, what that meant or what your observation was.]

    Simply this is someone who is sitting in jail. Her child is missing, presumed dead. She's -- while she had not yet been charged with murder, obviously, she's charged with crimes and is being accused by the whole world in the disappearance of the child. You would expect that would provoke some measure of distress, whether someone genuinely did it, whether someone was falsely accused, I mean, it doesn't matter. If my child was missing and I was in jail and being accused of it, I probably wouldn't eat or wouldn't be cheerful and wouldn't been able to read.

In a probation report, 25-year-old acquitted of murder says videos on YouTube were stolen

KC must be the most unlucky person I know.  Why, why does all this bad stuff keep happening to her!  Her daughter is killed by her father, the molester, and she is framed for the crime.  Now this computer hacking stuff?

Can't a girl catch a break?  Sheeshhhh, what karma she has!

she sure is "unlucky" hahaha
her torment has only begun.  She probably believed she would return to a "normal" (whatever that means to her) life . . . it just ain't going to happen.  Just as she used and abused people all of her life, the tables will be turned now.  She will find she has no true friends because no one with a sliver of having their right mind would want to be friends with a liar, a thief, an false accuser, a take no responsibility, a murderer, and a slore.  She may be a meal ticket, but she won't have to worry about going on a diet.  Others will get whatever gains are had (and I hope that's nothing).

Just started to read the Danziger depo.  (Thank you for posting these, Trimm.)  Mason rude to Linda D-B...asking why she is so angry.  She replies that it's because of multiple discovery violations.  Later, when Baez moseys in with M. Medina, his lackey, he's all snarky to Jeff after Dr. Danziger expressed his dismay at unsubstantiated claims made by Casey of criminal activity by others, (i.e. George.)
Jeff:  "We are equally concerned with unsupported allegations of criminal conduct being thrown around in this case."
Baez:  "Are you referring to the indictment?"
(I'm assuming Casey's indictment for murder.)
Linda D-B:  "Is that an objection?"
Jeff:  "No, that's just---Jose being Jose and we're just going to ignore it."

This just shows me how unprofessional both Mason Jar and Baez are.  I would never stop slapping them if I had been Jeff or Linda.  This is why I'm not a lawyer...(a grateful nation rejoices, I'm sure.)

monka, I read that too.  Danziger didn't want to put out the "lies" he believed momster was telling him.  He had to tell the truth about what she said, even if he didn't believe what she said.

I promise I won't quote chapter and verse on these depos, but I find it very enlightening to know that on Dr. Danziger's first visits with Casey, (and this is July of 2008, which would be just a month after Caylee's alleged "drowning",) he says she has an "euthymic affect."

Wouldn't any normal person be distraught about being in jail at all, much less having her daughter kidnapped, which was the story she was spinning at the time? Casey is even scarier than I thought.
