ORLANDO, Fla. -

An author at People Magazine says he has figured out where Casey Anthony lives.

Steve Helling confirmed to Local 6 Friday that he "figured out" Anthony is living in St. Lucie County.

Helling didn't say how he figured this out, but said "it's true."

The article by Helling was expected to appear in People Magazine on Friday.

You know, I just noticed something on the latest DOC Monthly Report for her murderess 1/5/12. In the comment section, bottom left corner, her probation officer wrote in part " walk thru visual conducted ". So is skank getting even more special treatment, rather than report to the Probation Office, the Officer is going to her? And again this time, the section which says " If monetary obligation owed, amount paid this month is completely blank. In other sections skank writes N/A, or "unemployed". You'd think she'd have to put $0.00 in there. She says she didn't go into debt (N/A) so I guess she paid cash for her new computer? Where did that cash come from, and why wasn't it used to pay her monthly restitution instead of a computer! She also left her email addy blank for her new toy. Looks like special treatment as usual, OR this Probation Officer is awfully lax and not doing her job properly  Of course the part about Have you attended educational, vocational classes or mental health, drug, alcohol, therapy, or self-improvement programs?(If yes, circle which one) is blacked out. Guess that won't be necessary anymore in future reports since her utube "video therapy" is online. But she knew that when filling this out since she complained about it so again, WHAT GIVES?

I think that Casey is talking with her Probation Officer via skype since she 'fears' for her life...jmo...hence the reason that she has a computer and the equipment to skype with...

Thank you Cookie. Funny huh that she so fears for her life she has to communicate with her PO via Skype, but she's still reportedly out and about. Maybe her PO hacked her computer (note dripping sarcasm here)

Anthony’s whereabouts, while she serves a year’s probation for check fraud, have been kept shrouded for her safety.

But there’s another issue: the public’s safety.

The drawbacks to engaging Anthony? She has a scary way of taking over whatever is happening in a community. She can go through the money of others, from relatives to acquaintances to taxpayers. She has a tendency to lie, as friends, family and law enforcement can attest. She can hurt those closest to her. She rarely takes responsibility.

If you see her, go the other way. Please.

Has Casey Anthony moved to St. Lucie County?

In the story, Helling also drops a bombshell, writing that Anthony lives alone in St. Lucie County. Helling doesn't disclose how he discovered Anthony's whereabouts. In 2011, Helling wrote the ebook "Outrage: The Casey Anthony Story."

One person who said she can corroborate Helling's report is Port St. Lucie resident Chrissandra Jennings, who said she saw Anthony at a St. Lucie County stoplight on Sept. 20 around 5 p.m. Jennings, who followed the murder trial closely, said she is not mistaken. Jennings said she posted about the sighting that day on social networking site Facebook.

"She was dead in my face. She had her hair in a bun and it looked like it was highlighted," said Jennings, who added she overheard Anthony yelling into a cellphone while behind the wheel of a white car.

Jennings, who was on her way home from work that day, said the sighting occurred at the intersection of Darwin and Port St. Lucie Boulevard.

Maybe she was out shopping? Picking up some duct tape, perhaps? Just sayin...

I don't  it odd.  Newly arrived people  would really stick out in a small town in the Midwest.  From experience, I've seen people still considered as "new" even after having lived in a town over five years or more.      If a person wanted to remain incognito, I would think being in a larger area would be to their advantage.  JMHO
