CNN Confirms Casey Anthony ‘Will Get $1 Million’ For Interview

CNN has reported this morning that Casey Anthony, the Florida woman whose lengthy murder trial quickly became a media offering of bread and circuses, would be receiving $1 million for her first interview since being acquitted of murdering her young daughter, promising updates on where and with whom as soon as that information comes in. ABC affiliate WPBF, meanwhile, is reporting that, according to local Florida attorney Spencer Kuvin, his client “Private Elevator Productions” (a group, he says, of “Hollywood producers who wants to remain anonymous”) has offered Anthony $1 million for an exclusive interview.

Kuvin adds that Anthony agreed to the interview back in July, but that “since then, nothing.” He has followed up with a letter to Anthony’s new lawyer, letting him know that the company still stands by its offer. A quick search for the company brought up a couple of available of domain names for sale.

In addition, the owner of a website called “The Dirty” has offered Anthony $350,000 for an interview, prompting Kuvin to send a letter to the site’s lawyer, asking them to “cease and desist.”

I think that the lady in the window of the video looked more like Cindy mushroom head when she was growing her hair out and she had that bob look...

I guess I should read all the way through, before posting!  I don't think it's Cindy...Cindy looks heavier in photos and this woman looks rather thin.  jmo

Attorney Cheney Mason is now fielding Anthony’s media offers. Kuvin said he has not heard back from Mason.

Cheney Mason told In Session's Jean Casarez the following in regard to any interview offers made to Anthony:

“No one with any authority is attempting to promote Casey Anthony…they are unsolicited and doing it on their own.”

There is no plan by Mason for any type of commercializing of Casey. Any negotiations for anything will not happen until after her probation has ended and after her appeal has concluded.

Cheney confirms he and Lisabeth Fryer are representing Casey in her appeal and are also representing her with her probation. Jose Baez is not representing her any more. “His job ended on the day of her sentencing,” said Mason.

Lyons who lives just a few miles up the road in Port Saint Lucie is the common link in all of this. Lyons, who has been seen attending Cross Church, would not comment as he hung the signs.

Residents who live and work around Cross Church were skeptical that Anthony could have been living in the area for days or even months. But new clues in videos that were posted onto the Internet recently show Anthony could be living in a family setting.

"I know it was her, I seen her for my own eyes," said Alexis Fredricks.
