Attorney Cheney Mason is now fielding Anthony’s media offers. Kuvin said he has not heard back from Mason.

Cheney Mason told In Session's Jean Casarez the following in regard to any interview offers made to Anthony:

“No one with any authority is attempting to promote Casey Anthony…they are unsolicited and doing it on their own.”

There is no plan by Mason for any type of commercializing of Casey. Any negotiations for anything will not happen until after her probation has ended and after her appeal has concluded.

Cheney confirms he and Lisabeth Fryer are representing Casey in her appeal and are also representing her with her probation. Jose Baez is not representing her any more. “His job ended on the day of her sentencing,” said Mason.

Any court filing of bozo getting himself removed from being baby killers lawyer? Why wouldn't he have to do that to really be released just like Simms had to do?

I think they are all liars and I don't believe anything her lawyers say.

On another thought. I am thinking that baby killer and Mason are doing the nasty. He would be so flattered that someone so young would be interested in him.  Just too many crazy things going on. I just wish she would disappear and I ask my self why I am still reading all this about the baby killer that got set free to have more babies.

I hope I am not doing anything wrong by posting this here....it has to do with L. Padilla.  I thought since he has consistenly put himself into the KC case this might be of interest.

For me, it made me sick.   Not because of the actions of the felon, but because LP is insterting himself into the lives of others again.   In this article he says he had hoped to recoup his money via rewards offered by the families of the victims.

We’re breaking Casey Anthony news,” WESH-Channel 2 anchor Jim Payne announced this afternoon. “WESH2 has spotted a member of Team Casey at the church where she’s rumored to be laying low.”

That church is in Palm City in Martin County, which must come as a relief to all the other counties in Florida. But there was no definitive information about Anthony.

The big news today, however, came from Cheney Mason, who confirmed to “In Session” that Jose Baez is no longer representing Anthony.

“His job ended on the day of her sentencing,” Mason told Jean Casarez of “In Session.”

Baez’s exit from the case had been rumored for weeks. Cheney told Casarez that he and Lisabeth Fryer represent Casey in her appeal and with her probation.

I was gone for a few days and had to rely on my Iphone so I didn't have the opportunity to look at the photo other than in it's tiny Iphone form.  I think it is Casey.  The pics we saw of Casey with her new hairdo and color were taken in October.  Her hair could certainly have grown to that length by this time.  It looks like her to me, but it's anybody's guess.

I agree with both of you.  The woman is incapable of telling the truth.  But it doesn't seem that the million dollars is a done deal.  It's been denied by various people before, but they are established liars too.  When dealing with liars, one has to remember that they lie.  I don't think she's even worth the space she takes up, much less a million dollars.

After a judge's order, Casey Anthony responded Friday to two questions in the lawsuit brought against her by Texas EquuSearch, the group's director confirmed.

EquuSearch's Tim Miller said on Friday that Anthony acknowledged the first of the "admissions" approved by a judge in the case days ago, denying a second.

Miller said Anthony admitted she didn't observe or hear her father call 911 to report the discovery that daughter Caylee had drowned in a swimming pool in June 2008.

She denied, however, that she was aware in September 2008 and October 2008 that EquuSearch was actively conducting search operations for her 2-year-old daughter

Miller says he talked with Anthony multiple times about the searches in 2008. He says Anthony was aware of the efforts, but he isn't surprised she's denying it now.

"Nothing would surprise me coming out of Casey's mouth," Miller said, adding that he "spent a lot of time with Casey in [her parents'] house before she was arrested."
