Behind closed doors today in the Case against Casey.

Both of Casey Anthony’s criminal and civil lawyers had a brief meeting with Judge Lisa Munyon Tuesday morning.

Attorney Cheney Mason was there with Lisabeth Fryer and attorney Charles Greene.

The judge asked for the meeting to have the lawyers explain more about why Casey should be allowed to take the 5th Amendment and not answer questions in the civil case being brought by Texas EquuSearch.

"We're entitled to meet with the judge and explain confidentially why the question could lead to incriminating evidence because if we explained it publically, we could wave the very privilege were trying to protect," said attorney Charles Greene.

So, this was just a meeting, not a hearing? Thus, why no attorney for TES?  I say this is all for show, so when Munyon rules in favor of the murderer, it will appear to the public as if there is just cause.  We all know this is BS.  The games people play......

That's one of the first things I noticed myself is that ONE it's not a lap of luxury and TWO it looks an awful lot like a trailer most def with that paneling..so I'm begining to think that other video of her that shows her in a room with paneling must be the same place..not in a Office but someone's home.

As much as I hate Casey and feel that she's gotten away with murder, I see no reason to need to know where she is living now.  It was a travesty of justice and I'm afraid that she may harm someone again but I don't see how knowing where she lives will change anything either. 

Also, I think leaving her alone and not giving her the attention she craves is far more affective.   Who is going to pay for an interview for someone nobody even cares about?

Judge rules Casey Anthony must answer some Texas Equusearch questions

Casey Anthony will have to answer two questions for Texas EquuSearch. Just two.

Judge Lisa Munyon ruled Tuesday that Anthony was still entitled to invoke the Fifth Amendment on many of the questions Texas EquuSearch wants to ask her as part of their lawsuit. The group is suing Anthony. They contend she wasted their money and resources because they say she knew all along her daughter was dead.

The judge did rule, however, that Anthony could be compelled to answer two "admissions":
    Admit that you did not observe or hear George Anthony call 911 at any time to report that he or you had discovered that Caylee Marie Anthony had drowned in the swimming poll at your parents' house on or about June 16, 2008.
    Admit that you were aware in September 2008 and October 2008 that EquuSearch was conducting searches for your daughter, Caylee.

I could care less where she is too (although it's nice to know she's not living in ritzy conditions) but if people are digging into that and while they're at it they find out she's indeed associating with another criminal or up to some other parole violation, and someone hauls her butt back to jail, well, that would be nice. kc is a true criminal and a show off and a stupid big mouth. It's a matter of time till she's behind bars again. It's only a matter of when. And although it's true that she may be enjoying this attention, be it mostly negative...it could be that the negative attention is part of the wheels of justice that will roll that vile creature right back behind bars where she belongs and then everyone can breathe a little easier. I really worry at the thought of her wanting kids as I'm sure we all do.

I have a feeling karma is at work. How long she'll take in the process is anyone's guess, but it sure seems like karma is in motion.

You my dear are a far better person (and bigger) than I am!  I want someone, everyone to know where she is.  I want 100's of eyes watching that monster.  I don't want her to get away with anything and one little misstep & hope someone takes notice, turns her in and once & for all she gets the justice she deserves!  I don't think people should be camping outside her shack  but I hope people she her out & about and want her to know that everyone knows what she did.  We all care far more for her precious angel than she ever did!

Good morning monkey friends. 

So I'm skimming through Ashton's book Imperfect Justice and I have to question something. When Strickland was booted off the case, Perry was handed the job of appointing a new judge ... Sooo he appointed himself. Pffffft! I wonder why?

Something else is eating at my brain - Lyons. Jeremy became involved immensely for Casey's defense. He was elated when she was found NG, plus he was around when she was freed. Out of all the players with her defense, he's the one we don't see now. Why? I think he knows exactly why the stupid VD was released, just like I think Baez does too. Ironic dontcha think? With as much as Lyons did for Casey's defense, there's no way I believe he just relaxing on a beach right now. I'll bet he's still involved to the hilt, just maybe staying out of the limelight. Why?

Sims - was her father a minister, or a missionary? I don't believe Sims thought Casey would walk free. I believe she got involved in her case to save her life. I believe if Casey would have been found guilty of child abuse, she would have had to endure therapy whether she liked it or not. It would have been a demand by the judge and appointed accordingly to our law. If Casey isn't seeking psychiatric help, I believe Sims is the one that would be most affected bc it's against her beliefs to not face problems or challenges head on. Since Casey Skypes, she could have an ip scrambler set up and receive therapy that way. She was given an option so of course, being the narcissist that she is, she turned away from it thinking she's above it. This probably infuriated Sims, so she cut her loss since Casey is proving that a leopard can't change it's spots.

Lastly, why wasn't something done about how Baez met his wife? Shouldn't that at the very minimum deserve an admonishment from the Florida Bar? Remember how his daughter braved about him & ghettoed it up by calling people bitchez & haterz when Casey was found NG? Well, I wonder if she's still just as proud now knowing everything that's come out since Casey's release.
