I am still reading Mr. Ashton's book, but Tupelo did you like it when Linda came to pick Jeff up to take him to the jury selection in an outfit that resembled KC's when she was arrested?  You remember he said she came to pick him up in a sweatshirt top with a number on it and white sunglasses.  He thought she was just being casual but then Frank (?) was there to greet them when they arrived and said "Nice Outfit."  She had on her Casey outfit for the whole ride over and Mr. Ashton hadn't caught on?  You gotta love them!!
Yeah, I thought that was cute! But Jeff was behind on several things building up to the trial.  He said he doesn't take notes.....but maybe he should!!

I was actually surprised that Linda did that.....they all know what a joke Casey is and Linda acted on it.  It just shows they are real people, not high and mighty wannabe's.  I sure wish Baez and Mason had seen her in that outfit!

Lauren was just on NG via phone. She said that Michelle had the Hurley phone since Halloween, it was a little dirty but fully intact when found and she thinks that all info will be able to be taken off of it.

Let's pray that it does and it gives us some answers.

Lauren just said that Dale said that MP dropped off the kids about 4:00.  We will have to pull up the NG transcripts tomorrow. She said that either Dale is wrong or the time stamp on the video of the hummer is wrong.

Nancy asked if she had any information for this claim other than Dale saying Michelle arrived at 4, and she did not.

She conceded either the time was off on the camera or Dale was not telling the truth.

Personally, I think the timestamp of 3:18 is correct for Michelle dropping off the twins.

heh ... looks like I am saying the same thing as you, tupelo! LOL

I have heard Lauren state this 4 PM time for drop off before tonight.

I think she is wrong.

I think she should not suppose that Dale is being truthful.

I don't.

I don't think Dale was being truthful with Lauren either. According to Lauren, when she told DS that Michelle was missing, his reply was "Oh". Nothing else. I think he lied to her initially, throwing off the time frame. He may have even told LE the same thing, ending with I was at my folks at 4:30. THEN the video appeared that made him change his story. jmo

I believe his fathers firm was. If you go to the link above and then go to that ref# and click on the document on the left hand side when you get there you can see the actual document.

ETA: The law firm was: J Russell Hornsby and the lawyer was someone from that firm.

tupelo-  you are correct in linking back to the place you are quoting from, but I noticed some of the posts you're quoting have tweets in them and they aren't linking them. Frankly, unless I see a link back to a tweet I don't consider it valid, and I'm not sure if it's right for tweets to be quoted here with out  a link back, which not only validates it, but also gives credit to the tweeter.  I like to see the link too, because it allows me to see what was tweeted before and after it.  I'm nosy like that.    I've got a message in to Klaas asking if we need to provide the link back to a tweet in a post that is bring brought from elsewhere. BTW, no one needs a twitter account to be able to link back. That's how I knew what the link to the tweets were that I added to your posts.   All you need is this prefix:  twitter.com/#!/  and then anyone can plug in the rest.  Like if you know Peter Alexander has a twitter acct., just put in the prefix twitter.com/#! and then add his name.  You get twitter.com/#!/PeterAlexander.  I figured this out after having to go back so many times to edit when posters forgot or didn't know how to link back.  A person can also google to find that out.

Tupelo and everyone - please when quoting tweets ( even if those quote are on another website) post the twitter link to that persons account.  Simply posting the JusticeQuest link isn't enough.  It appears Justicequest doesn't care if there is a link back but I do.

Anyone can say there was a tweet but we will KNOW there was a tweet when we have the link.  So please look for the link.  TIA

Just an update: I am not sure if this has been posted, but it is in regards to the woman's body found last week on the Florida Georgia line off I-95, that at first we thought may have been Michelle.

So, since twitter no longer verifies public accounts, are we still able to post those that don't have the badge?  Hornsby doesn't have the badge.  I don't mean to be stupid, but I don't want to cause any harm to SM.

Yes, we're still able to post those without a badge.  I just made a note and gave the link as general info in case someone comes across a tweet from a celeb name or someone well known, if we see the badge, we know it's verified.  Okay?
