Check this out... Michelle files complaint of non payment against Dale - iow he's in arrears on 5/4/2011. On 5/18/2011 Dale decides tp file a complaint against Michelle for the lost ring. How much ya wanna bet that if we go through all of Dale's court records thought the various places he live that we may fin a habitual pattern of using the court system to manipulate & bully his opponents? Dale shoulda been named Richard bc honestly I think THAT nickname would suit him better.
