Good morning Monkey's,

I hope they are also focused on telling the truth to the children.  The kiddies know mommy is not at work Sad

Simply say, mommy is missing, introduce them to the searchers. There is no easy way to sugar coat this situation.

Do not lie to the kids, period. IMO  One lie leads to another and it is a hairy mess, tell the truth.

I don't know if I would do that.  What are they 3 years old?
The time to tell them mommy is in heaven is at the funeral.  Then when they are old enough to understand it's not there fault tell them.

It's a hard one to call, imo. I agree with both of you.  But at some point in the near future if Michelle is not found, they should be told that she is missing and they don't know where she is and take it from there, I guess.  I'm not sure how I would handle this situation.

For Michelle

MONDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2011 AT 3:52PM

WOW! Witnesses from the Walden Circle complex stated they had seen Michelle's Hummer there 3 - 4 times before Nov. 17th!!

Are they sure it was hers?
Was it parked the same spot it was discovered abandoned?

 ::snipping2::
The consensus was clear about where it was found and two of them stated that they had seen the Hummer parked in proximity of that spot 3 or 4 times over the past month.

Just thinking on motive for Dale murdering Michelle.  It may be a combination of things....the PC show and Dale's inability to keep current on his child support.  Dale was in California for at least Nov. 5 & 6th for Rancho Obi-Wan’s Grand Re-Opening.  Not a cheap trip, imo, but if he used monies for that instead of paying child support, I can see a fight erupting over this as well.  On http://www.myorangeclerk.com/enu/Pages/orange-county-clerk-of-court-home.aspx   Case No. 2009-DR-009738-O  the last action taken was  08/18/2011 Notice of Need for Redirection.  I don't see where redirection was actually put into place, but I don't have any legal expertise, so maybe the notice for need of redirection was all that was needed for monies to be taken from his pay???    Maybe it wasn't and Michelle threatened DS that she would further pursue the issue and the loss of his DL would also be in jeopardy.....and his play time.  I think Michelle was taking control of Dale, and that wasn't going to happen as far as he was concerned. jmoo

Photos of Dale at the re-opening from site      http://starwarsblog.starwars.com/index.php/2011/11/10/rancho-obi-wans-grand-re-opening/

One lie leads to another...if mommy was at work, wouldn't she call?  I hate deception.  Three and four year old children,
are very inteligent.  Christmas gift's will not replace their mommy, the truth won't replace either, it will just free-up the relatives, from sneaking around, hoping the kids do not see TV.  I hate sneaking around, well, I do on the internet:)

Chief Paul Rooney said investigators are getting leads from the discovery of Parker's cellphone. The lead detective in the case said they're still busy and optimistic they'll find answers for the victim's family.

"It's still priority No. 1," Rooney said.

Despite an absence of high-profile searches this week, Rooney said they're still busy following leads. Rooney confirmed Parker's phone was found underwater and suggested they're getting useful information from it.

"We are still following up relentlessly on tips from Crimeline, on leads we may be getting from her cellphone," Rooney said.

Thanks, tupelo, good to hear from LE what is going on. (Rather than just the media and their conflicting reports.)

LE probably put the cell phone in a bag of uncooked rice.
That's how you can dry them out...
