Muffy, I was wondering if we could put this list on the first page of the new threads, like we did in Caylee's thread?  We tend to talk in initials more and more as time goes on and some could get lost. Yes, you might want to wait adding her name. The news sources did report Dale Sr's sister lived there, but they did not mention her name that I know of.

Thanks for the advice Brandi, but I've already added it to Who's Who, the top of this thread and the next, #4.     I'll let it stay there for possible future use unless it's found to be incorrect info.

I also thought about Shannon Smith and April Collins for the list, but decided not to add them at this point.  If Shannon's case becomes more relevant to this case, then we can add her later on.  Dale's friend Kip, too, unless we find out he is involved in Michelle's case later on.  Does this sound okay?

You know, you guys can also add to lists like those in who's who by copy and paste.  Just copy the existing list, add the names and repost.  I can pick up additional info to add to headers from there or here. Also it takes a lot of time to copy posts from threads over to the information and reference threads and it's helpful if posters can help with that.  Thanks!

The language of section 61.13016, Florida Statutes, is clear.

When a delinquency in a child support case occurs and the obligee requests the clerk to act, the clerk must provide notice of this delinquent amount and the possibility of a driver's license and motor vehicle registration suspension to the person owing the duty of support. This notice is to be sent by regular United States mail to the obligor's last address of record on file with the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.[3] If no appropriate response is received within twenty days after the notice is mailed, the clerk notifies the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to suspend the obligor's driver's license and motor vehicle registration.[4]

Hi Brandi & Monkeys! Muffy, thanks for the new thread. Brandi, I have no idea if it true or not, don't remember where I heard or read it, but it was said that Michelle was contemplating getting the paperwork together for child support bc payments weren't regular, something like that. It was also said that they were amicable with each other but she has to do what she has to do. I don't remember if it was maybe Lauren or a friend of Michelle's that said this, all I know is I read it. I didn't even think to question it bc it's such a common thing to go through child support when people share children but aren't together anymore. I'll look for it later, I'm at my son's football game right now. Also, I have slot of docs & pics saved to notepad in my computer at home. I'll add everything I have to the support threads later. They're announcing names so gotta run...
