Brandi, thanks for that map.  I sure hope these cases do not intertwine. Little Caylee had already experienced too much sick and twisted in her short life, she deserves her peace now.

I agree, yuknomenot.

My husband rarely gets involved in my cases, and if he does, it is usually to say that they police are rushing to judgement.  He walked through the living room while HLN was doing a piece on Michelle and Dale's picture from People's Court was being displayed.  He took one look at him and said, "He is as guilty as hell!"

I about fell off the couch.   Monkey Devil!

The language of section 61.13016, Florida Statutes, is clear.

When a delinquency in a child support case occurs and the obligee requests the clerk to act, the clerk must provide notice of this delinquent amount and the possibility of a driver's license and motor vehicle registration suspension to the person owing the duty of support. This notice is to be sent by regular United States mail to the obligor's last address of record on file with the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.[3] If no appropriate response is received within twenty days after the notice is mailed, the clerk notifies the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to suspend the obligor's driver's license and motor vehicle registration.[4]

Levi Page (last week)

Attorney Kim, said she was going to check-up and see if he lost D.L., it would be interesting to see, if she will follow-up
on this.

Former Detective Woodrow Tripp and Florida Family Law Attorney Kim Picazio discuss the latest in the case of missing 33-year-old mom of 3 Michelle Parker!

Thanks for posting---very, very interesting.   DS,jr. is dangerous.

You are welcome, Ono.  I was on the edge of my chair during the interview with Detective Tripp and Attorney Picazio.

They gave insight into things that I would not know.  The detective mentioned about the "third" phone that
can be listened into. I need to relisten to this tape, I already have listen to it at least three times. Smile

What I enjoyed about Levi Pages interview with his guests, is no one interupted or spoke over one another. That was
the first time, I could really enjoy and listen peacefully, both guests finished their entire sentences and made their points.  Excellent!

Yes, very enjoyable even though it is from a slightly earlier date---both guests very considerate, very interested in the subject---and had done their homework.  It's a really good listen.

DSjr is a busy busy guy,and cant seem to stay married,im surprised anyone would
marry him,ITA and a dangerous guy
 ::snipping2::
Following the 1992 murder Smith had a felony battery charge in Nov. 1996.

Smith then joined the US Marines in 1996 and married to Amanda J. Pernice in 1997. She filed for divorce on Dec. 17, 1999, it was final on Jan. 27, 2000.

On Feb. 7, 2000, Smith married Shannon Kathleen Collins-Smith who tragically died of a brain injury on April 10, 2001.

Also in 2001, Smith was court martialed on charges of drug possession and domestic battery.

Some recent reports claim Shannon's death was classified an accident, and that she died of a drug overdose when she fell and accidently hit her head causing the brain injury.

In 2003, around the time Smith was dishonorably discharged from the military, he filed a repeat violence case against a woman named Jill Van Mechelen. It is unknown what their relationship was.

In Sept. 2003 Smith apparently filed for a temporary injunction, and in Oct. 2003, Jill filed a motion to dismiss the injunction. In Nov. 2003 an order dismissing the final injunction was recorded.

In 2009, Michelle sought but was not granted a restraining order against Smith citing he’d thrown their children’s car seats on the ground, smashed out her passenger –side window, cussed at her while she was holding her then 15-month-old daughter, and yelled, “Your day is coming.”

DS, Jr. is one erratic guy -- only eleven days after his first [ short ] marriage was dissolved by divorce, he marries again.  That is fast work.

Wow! I'm watching WFTV 6:00 news and they said that if Michelle's family is not careful, Dale could end up with all the money made from these fundraisers. Especially the ones which state monies will go for her children.  It was said that they need to act NOW and get a reputable fundraiser accountant and a trust fund attorney.  I sure hope Morgan and Morgan have already done that for them.

I think Morgan and Morgan have it covered:

Quote
...the family of the missing Florida Mom has retained the services of Morgan and Morgan, with attorney Matt Morgan serving as their representative. These services are being offered pro bono and the firm has also worked with the family to establish a trust, which will not only fund rescue efforts, but also provide for Parker's children.

http://www.forthepeople.com/michelle-parker.htm

They are a reputable firm and I feel confident they are doing things right and advising Michelle's family appropriately.

JMO though.

Yes, the guest were very much polite and patient, with one another.  I believe the original airing was Dec.2, before the cell phone, was discovered, I wished Levi's guests would return for updates:)

The "third phone" or the wire, was interesting to me, bc we all seen movies or TV drama's with men sitting in a van
listening in on converations, this just bring this case, into reality.

hi monkeys, since dale was in the service,i think he would have to do time in a fed pen,
i couldnt find him here
http://www.bop.gov/iloc2/InmateFinderServlet?Transaction=NameSearch&needingMoreList=false&FirstName=dale&Middle=&LastName=smith&Race=U&Sex=U&Age=&x=82&y=13

 ::snipping2::
Smith was court-martialed in late February 2001 on drug charges and a domestic-battery charge. He was sentenced to 36 months in prison. That year, Collins died of a brain injury after consuming the drug Ecstasy, according to the Orange-Osceola Medical Examiner.

Parker experienced domestic violence with Smith, according to court records. Her older son, who is now 11, told investigators he saw Smith attack his mother in front of all three children, according to information revealed in a Department of Children and Families emergency custody hearing this week.

Less than a month after the twins' first birthday in 2009, Parker moved her children out of Smith's home and back to her mother's house in Geneva. Later that year, she sought protection from Smith after she claimed he broke out the passenger window in her car.

Did he serve his time in a military prison in Camp Lejeune, NC or the Naval Consolidated Brig (NAVCONBRIG CHASN) SC?

I am not sure.

Now how in the world did he get custody of the twin?
Was this not bought up in court?  If not it should be.

Thanks tupelo, I had not seen any of those videos.

Makes sense that Lauren, Yvonne and Dustin need to return to their jobs, even if only 1-2 days a week, as Lauren stated. They have bills to pay, just like all of us.

Lauren's commitment to finding Michelle remains strong though.

SANFORD --
The search will continue Monday for Michelle Parker, the woman who disappeared and has not been seen since Nov. 17.

I am guessing they are talking about the searchers at The Barn.

Nothing stated about if/where LE will hold any "official" search.

They did state: "News 13 checked with investigators and they said there's no "official" search for Michelle Saturday."

BBM   It sure does! Michelle's family is amazing, and my heart breaks for them.

I saw another video this morning on Bay News 9, of the fundraiser yesterday at the Barn.  It showed Lauren laughing and enjoying herself. I was glad to see that. Of course, I can't find the video to share. grrrr

I have no doubts LE will be back at it again tomorrow. We may not know about it, but I feel confident they will be out searching.  They may have taken the weekend off, or not, but to recuperate, go over what they have done, re-evaluate, maybe some forensic results are back on the phone, etc.  I tell ya, I'm super impressed with OCPD and the way they have taken charge in this case.
