I started counting how many times Mary says, "Attorney "Ye-ma-nez", and couldn't count that high. Geeez........... personally, I don't think this chick is really upset about the money loss. I think she just wants to get the sentence thrown out. She's making a public declaration that Anita took advantage of her, too? Who asked her to send Anita money in the first place; particularly when Mary says that Anita's response to her was that "Some people aren't for saving!"

Mary's a real piece of work. Here's the video (prolly already posted, but I hadn't seen it):

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=fau7rc1uSV8

Hadn't seen the video.

She really thinks she's got something there with that JVS.

Dellusional and Dumb! (AND has money!  What a deal for JVS!)

I know, Monkey King. How does he attract them?  I swear, when I watched the video, I had the firm impression that she didn't care about the money as long as it could provide her a tortured argument that it should allow his sentence to be thrown out.

I think he attrracts them because she is just as big of an attention seeker as Joran, maybe even more because she is trying to get her fame and attention via somebody else.

This woman appears to me to be totally about getting her 15+ minutes of fame for her money.  I further think that is why she is angry--she feels she did NOT get enough media coverage for the amount of money she forked over.

Now she can get more, so she thinks, by demanding the money back and raising a big stink about it all.

So--I am going to totally ignore her, lol.  She's garden variety jailhouse groupie.

If Anita did say this, it sounds as if she finally realized her delicious sporter is the Monster the world knows him to be.

Now the question is, will she do the right thing, and tell us what she knows about the Natalee Holloway case?

Note to Anita:  You can change your name, but you will always be his mother.  You can't change what he did, but you can change the future for Natalee's loved ones.

It really doesn't sound like Anita at all but then she had totally remade herself in the image of some barfly so who knows?

I only want Joran in the U.S.A. if the Peruvian system fails. We treat prisoners too nice here.

Well, there is one federal orison, I think it is in Colorado, where the inmates' doors are opened/closed only electronically and the prisoners hardly ever even see another human being.  I think they get sent there if they are disciplinary problem like Joran.

I think it would be pretty awful to die where one is so totally hated and cursed.  I guess for personal or selfish reasons I just want Alabama to get their hands on him.  I don't think he would be treated very well.

Joran will do everything possible to still be at large. He wants the decision of the Peruvian judge, 28 years in prison, is annulled.

The Arnhemmer has sent a letter to the Peruvian Supreme Court. Here he writes that 28 years is excessive cell. And according to his lawyer, the confession of the murder of Stephany Flores' never value is estimated.

INSIDER: JORAN MOM THINKS HE SHOULD DIE!

“Some lives are NOT worth saving,” the heartbroken mother of convicted Dutch thug JORAN van der SLOOT revealed after his sentence was handed down.

He had listened impassively as he was sentenced to 28 years in prison – but once out of sight of a worldwide television audience Joran exploded in a violent rage.

The 24-year-old convicted murderer struggled with guards, kicked a wall and screamed in anger after learning that he was being immediately transferred to Peru’s toughest prison, leaving behind the cushy cell filled with amenities he had bought with bribes.

“Then he turned on his attorney, accusing him of letting him down and telling him he had no intention of paying the lawyer’s $4,000 fee,” a source told The ENQUIRER.

Thanks Northern Rose

I do agree with Dave Holloway.  Joran is now beyond rehabilitation.

The National Enquirer?  Have other publications quoted Anita?  Could it be that the foundation of this NE article is based the Mary Hamer "exclusive"interview?  Nevertheless ... there was a time when Anita had the opportunity to "save" her son.  The implication?  Natalee and Stephany would currently be pursuing dreams as their respective families celebrated.

Survivors sought after deadly storms pound South
(AP)  Updated at 3:03 p.m. ET

CLAY, Ala. - Violent weather including possible tornadoes roared across the heart of Alabama on Monday, killing two people and injuring more than 100 others. Searchers went door-to-door calling out to residents, some of whom lived along a path near the deadly twisters that devastated the area last year.

The storms flattened homes, knocked down trees and peeled off roofs in the middle of the night in the rural community of Oak Grove, which was touched by both storms. The area near Birmingham has a history of being a tornado alley going back decades.

Good grief.  Joran and Jimenez fought to have his initial confession thrown out.

Now they are going to argue that is wasn't taken into consideration enough when he was sentenced.

Whatever.....

They must be desperate to grasp at this straw!  ROTFLMAO!

Maybe Joran did not deny the words in his confession but ... he did attempt to have it thrown out twice citing technicalities nevertheless.

"The guy needs to be taken off the street. Everyone knows his personality. I think that he is beyond rehabilitation at this point," Natalee Holloway's father, Dave said.

On January 13, 2012.  On the Anderson Cooper Show at 13:10 in the YouTube video, Mary says (referring to the e-mail from Anita):  "Good Mary.  Good decision.  It's time to move on.  Some lives are not worth saving!"

Now that Mary Hamer's assets and bank accounts are tapped out, it's time to move on?  Didn't I read on here supposedly Mary sent Anita $20,000.00, besides all the money she sent Joran and/or his attorney?

Mary Hamer discusses moneys sent to Anita/Joran/attorney in what she references an "exclusive" interview.

I don't believe for one minute that Anita is heartbroken or has given up on Joran.  He had the "new" Anita picture on his phone.  They both blame others for their situation.  They are both full of anger.

Do Dutch widows routinely change their name back to a version of their maiden name?

Who does she blame for Paulus's untimely death?  Joran or the Holloways and the court of public opinion?

I wonder what those who criticized Natalee's loved ones for drinking are thinking about Anita's new pasttime?
