Forgive the rant, but I'm not done yet.........

Joran's claiming "unfair" he was transferred to a "brutal" prison?    God Forbid!

After all, what could Mary's little angel possibly know about brutality???

As long as he's breathing, he hasn't tasted the brutality he dished out on innocent girls that actually had potential for good in this world. Suffer long, slow and hard, Joran. It's long overdue!

... and as long as Joran van der Sloot is breathing ... his mother has no clue the ongoing h--- that the respective families of Natalee Holloway and Stephany Flores are enduring.

Interview with Anita van der Sloot - De Telegraaf - June 19th 2010

The actual interview:

Target

Anita: I now believe that Joran might have done something to Stephany in Peru. Maybe an act of rage? I don't know. I'm very saddened that that businessman Flores lost his daughter, and I my son. That's the way it feels like."

The Natalee Holloway Case

Transcript: Van der Sloots Speak
Thursday, June 23, 2005

ANITA VAN DER SLOOT, MOTHER OF DUTCH SUSPECT: It's extremely tough. He's in custody now for 13, 14 days, I think. I have lost count. And I love my child. I believe in him 200 percent. And it's just like a big nightmare. We don't know how to deal with it because you can't deal with it. We think about the family a lot because their life is a nightmare but our life is a nightmare, too.

Exactly, Janet! Exactly, and thanks for the ready reference!

Ahhhh......  it's not full blown yet, but isn't it nice to be evaluating the justice befalling Joran, rather than the injustice?

Hi Blonde.

I am sooo jealous.  A one and one in person with Beth Holloway will happen.  I just feel it.  Maybe a speaking engagement in the Seattle, Washington area?  Maybe the Vancouver, B.C. area?

FLASHBACK

Beth Holloway: From Victim To Victor
A Tale Of Caution And Resiliency Presented To Waterford
5:55am January 14, 2011

Exerpts:

A Life Forever Change

Once Beth Holloway received word later that day that her daughter had not arrived at the airport, panic struck.  “In that moment I got the call that all parents dread the minute our child is born,” Holloway said. “From that day, my life was changed forever.”

And I was in Peace

“After being numb for so many days there was pain now, torturous pain,” she said. "I knew I had to find a place to pray.”  She tracked down a cab, which took her to a chapel. There, Holloway kneeled and begged for answers.  “I know in that moment, Natalee was with God,” Holloway said. “And I (was) in peace.”

Dangerous People and Dangerous Places

“Our children must know their personal safety is up to them,” Holloway said. “(Teenagers are) too old to be guarded by us, but too young not to be reminded that there are dangerous people and dangerous places.”

Hope

“Natalee had real hope,” she said. “The hope that filled her life, now fills mine.”

The presentation last night was amazing.   My co-worker's niece was able to get us in the reserved seating area up front.  Also, anyone in that area was able to go to a reception that followed, so we were able to meet and talk with Beth Holloway! We shared with her who we were and talked about the experience of communicating with the authorities and the translation difficulties as well.  I can only imagine what she had to deal with back in 2005.  Beth seemed to feel thankful that thoughts of Natalee came to mind immediately when the jawbone was found.  It just made her realize that her determination and the help of many others have kept Natalee's story alive and that Natalee is NOT going to be forgotten.  She is absolutely a pillar of strength.  Her presentations should be to a room full of high school students in EVERY town and in EVERY state because the message that she brings.  I am so thankful to have been there.  I also had the pleasure of meeting Blonde and talk with her.  My friends were able to share some information with her as well.  All in all it was a night that I will never forget.

Hats off to the Flores family!

He has had the luxury of breathing in and out for 20 months longer than a lot of people thought he would.

He should be grateful to the Flores family, for their placing his fate in the hands of the Peruvian Judicial system and not taking into their own hands.  After the brutal/inhumane way he stole their only daughter, and knowing that he'd gotten away with murder before and tormented another family for five long years; many (including myself) would have completely "understood" if the monster died in much the same brutal way Stephany did (or worse) before he ever saw a courtroom in Peru.

If he wants a transfer so bad, send him to Challapalca; maybe then the whining will stop.

Absolutely!!!!! Actually, I doubt Joran makes it out alive no matter where in Peru he serves. I agree --- it is amazing the Flores family has not had him offed already. I truly believe the Flores family has not done so already because they hold out the SLIM possibility they could help Beth find Natalee by keeping him alive.

Van der Sloot back to Castro Castro '
Published: Today 2:02
Update: Today 7:05

Joran van der Sloot's lawyer, the Institute of Penitentiary Institutions in Peru, INPE, Van der Sloot asked to return it to the Castro Castro prison. That said his lawyer, Jose Jimenez, Tuesday upon request to the ANP. Van der Sloot after his conviction to another prison.

Jimenez in a letter to the INPE for the transfer request. He argues his request with the fact that Van der Sloot is no danger to other prisoners and the luxuries which the Peruvian television reported not in his cell in the Castro Castro prison were found. In addition, according to INPE Van der Sloot's lawyer may only transfer if the sentence is established. ,, And that's not the case, because we have appealed, "said Jimenez. He expected within ten days of the response INPE.

The three taxi drivers that Van der Sloot brought to Chile, on Tuesday acquitted of the charge that they have taken to protect him justice. Van der Sloot Monday testified in that case and said he had not told the three that he had slain a man. The same three judges who condemned Van der Sloot, the drivers spoke Friday.

I LOVE that they are requesting a transfer back to Castro Castro. It tells me that Joran is miserable where he is and that makes me happy! Hey Joran, they don't care how you feel, this isn't Aruba.
