As I posted earlier suspects could have been upgraded to witnesses depending on their stories so if we ignore the label witness or suspect, whose  was the fifth ass to be hauled in for questioning (ignoring the SGs)

Well, I guess they will have to take some kind of action against us before we can tell the FBI...then again I feel sure the FBI already knows about the Darkside.

From what I gather, what they call dossiers are posts we have made that THEY condider threatening to JK2.  They forward those posts to Joe T and whoever.

I don't know of a particular "dossier" thread over at FOB but I suppose they could have one in their "hidey hole".

I find that quite humorous. We quote PV'S,Suspect statements,Interviews and Facts about criminals. They post lies,slander,mis-information and total sick attacks on a victim and her family.

AND............any logical person would wonder WHY he lied? Duh........could it be that he was more skeered of the truth than he was of lying to the police?

May I have a small recap here? What is the difference of witness and suspect? TIA besides one can lie and one can't or ???

I believe that a witness is brought in for questioning and released but ... a suspect is one who is detained which requires reasonable suspicion.

Just because the ALE calls them suspects doesn't make it so.  They may have reason to use the word suspect in order to keep them longer than witnesses.  That way they can assure they are all on the same page.
