Let me say that I didn't think that she look bad before.  This look is more chic though

I agree --- she just looks so much happier now --- I think having those wonderful Morgans, et al in her corner has been of great comfort.  In my view, she has a solid case --- after all, she alone, was singled out by the authorities for questioning.  Factoid which the defendant cannot erase.

I agree ONO.  IMO Zenaida Gonzales deserves her day in court just as much as anyone else.  I wish she'd sue Cindy,too, for repeating stories about a Zenaida Gonzales which she knew to be false. George, too, was spreading those falsehoods, even to that River person.

IMO Zenaida has an excellent case, if she can prove to the satisfaction of a jury the emotional distress as well as the monetary loss she sustained as a direct result of the Anthonys spreading lies.  Where does she go to get her reputation back?  Also, IMO, she looks great with her new makeover.  It's time something good happened to her.  Any jury in the world would award her damages just because of the disdain in which Ms. Happypants is held.

Where is Casey Anthony hiding?

That’s the question attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez are asking and on Friday, they backed it up by filing a motion in Orange County court.

A trial in Anthony's civil case is coming up in April and the motion simply asks for an address so that they can actually subpoena her because they want her in court. Otherwise, Anthony’s attorneys would be there on her behalf.

Attorney Matt Morgan said the motion is for two reasons -- to get peace and closure.

“So, in order for her truly to get the justice that she deserves, and really needs at this point to move on with her life, she needs to be able to face Casey Anthony in a court of law and see her being held accountable like everybody else,” Morgan said.

Morgan said they expect the defense to put up a good fight, but it is crucial to have Anthony present.

The hearing is set for Monday.

Casey Anthony's could be forced to attend the civil trial if a judge rules in favor of a woman suing her for defamation.

Lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez will be in court this morning and are expected to ask for Anthony's address so they can subpoena her and force her to show up for the civil trial slated for next month.

Anthony has been living in hiding since she was released from the Orange County Jail in July after a jury found her not guilty in her daughter's 2008 murder.

Because this is a civil trial, Anthony is not required to be in the courtroom.

Gonzalez' lawyer are also expected to ask for the case to be postponed because of conflicts in scheduling. Two of her lawyers have cases in other counties the day before the civil trial is slated to begin.

Judge Lisa Munyon has previously denied a motion from Anthony's attorneys to push the trial back to a later date.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A judge may decide whether an accuser's attorneys should know where Casey Anthony lives Monday.
The civil case against Anthony is expected to go to trial next month. Now, attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez want to be sure Casey Anthony will be there for it.

The attorneys have asked Judge Lisa Munyon for Anthony's address, in case they plan to serve her with a subpoena.

"We subpoena people for trial all the time, " attorney Keth Mitnik said. "This is just her wanting to be treated different once again."

Anthony's attorneys said she is undecided on whether she plans to attend the 2-week trial.
