However, this wasn't the first time Seaton was questioned in the case of a severely injured child.

Seaton was sentenced to 180 days in jail and five years of probation, which he was serving when he was charged in Dustyn's death.

Dustyn should NEVER have died.  I just don't understand how anyone can cover for a man that would abuse their child, grandchild.
