Watching it now; the Jury Foreperson was supposed to attend. He backed out.

Figures.

I put this in a sticky thread in this forum.  I also unstickied most of the old threads.

Well, the discussion just ended abruptly for me. Was a lot of buffering going on too.

I found myself getting angry all over again at Cheney and the jury.

Judge Alex was great, and John Ashton was good as well.

All in all, I am glad I watched.

I was hoping to hear more about a plea bargain.

I was hoping to hear more about a lot of the things brought up.

They seemed to be worried about time.

Did yours end abruptly also? Seems like the stream cut out before the end.

Casey Anthony: Cheney Mason distances himself from opening statement

"Defense attorney Cheney Mason revealed Thursday night that he disagreed with colleague Jose Baez’s opening statement in the Casey Anthony murder trial. In the statement, Baez alleged that George Anthony had sexually abused his daughter"

"Mason revealed that Anthony was never going to testify at her trial. One reason was that prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick could have questioned Anthony for days. “The trial would still be going on,” Mason said."

A very good read with the exception of this...

You did a fantastic job, Linda! It was always about Caylee for you and you didn't let her down. 12 others did.

After reading this article a thought came to me that if Jarhead and Bozo believes KC is so innocent then let there be another trial and this time she has to take the stand and each side gets to pick 6 jurors and jurors are to be put in a decent modern motel not a ritzy ditzy motel and no catering to them and no promises to them either. Lets not let the media put it on tv then lets see if KC will walk if she does the world will accept the verdict and let her have her bella vita life or whatever her tattoo says.

Oh---thank you for posting. Yes, what a great article.  She is just first class all the way.
In my opinion, she and Jeff made a terrific team.  I just don't think anything was all that amiss in Jeff's
courtroom behavior, as his reactions were obviously candid and his response quite appropriate actually [ LOL ] to what was
going on with Baez's hamster-powered ferris wheel antics which always proved to be so shockingly outlandish.  How could you not stifle a chortle or two?   In my view, that jury had other issues.
