Obama's Illegal Fugatives?

BILLIONS every month are sent from the US to foreign lands, mostly the Caribbean and Latin America. For some reason, Obama wants to ensure all this money is salted away, away from the IRS, with as few fees and taxes as possible. Isn't the DOJ or IRS concerned about taxes? Welfare cheats? Apparently not.

Why isn't the DOJ going after the fugitives that send more than $3 billion a month to destinations in the Caribbean and Latin America?

Is it a leftover racial fixation? Focused on non-minorities? Euro-Americans?

How does a total of $1.2 billion compare to more than $30 or so BILLION a year? $60 or so BILLION since Obama took office?

Where is justice?
