WOW.  I'm impressed.  Someone appreciates her customers.  You don't hear of this type of thing happening.  Kudos to that store director!

Had a long post ready to post and this POS computer kicked me out and lost all that I typed.  I'll explain in detail tomorrow why I believe it was the bad seed and not Axle that killed the puppy.

If the dog killed the puppy, I could at least understand it as unfortunate and sad as it might be.  But if it wasn't the dog that did it and the "bad seed" did, I find that a thousand times worse.     That's really scary.

Me too,  Muffy.  I have to apologize, I thought bad seed was the other dog.  I have to go read the whole thing over.

Now you know why I love my quote stacks, so I can follow the whole story.

  Sorry!

Hi Muffy. Thanks for the advice about the Salukis and Yorkies. My friend may send the blue heeler to the country or just watch the new one until it gets bigger. I still think the bad seed did something to the puppy. She showed NO emotion whatsoever that the puppy was bleeding or had died. The only emotion she showed was when my friend took away her iphone.  If they don't get the child help, she will be another KC Anthony.

OMG!  Either way, there shouldn't be another yorkie or any small puppy/dog brought into the household.  JMHO

No animals, period.

oh my gawd!  I completely mis-understood.  I thought your friend had a dog that she named bad seed.   Worse, that bad seed is a child!

Whew!  I am not the only one who thought that.  Thanks, can!

Honey I'm home.......Survived a Sunday shopping day at Wally's

Brandi, so glad you are feeling better, hoping son is over what ever was ailing him...very mysterious.

4 Donks hoping all is ok with Mac, hate it when our fur babies are sick.

JSM doin the happy dance   you beat CC again, think maybe he otta retire his  clubs and stick with couch-potato golf

She only beat me cause I have to give her 24 shots and she gets to tee off on average about 80-90 yards ahead of me.

I believe those adaptations to be fair under the ADA Guidelines, after all, she does have a documented injury.  Just sayin...

Documented injury. Good one Bearly, I will use that next time Patton needs to go outside

The vet came out and did a chest x-ray and drew blood. He has CHF (same thing Furby had). He gave him a shot and yesterday brought out a prescription for him. He seems to be doing better today. Just like Furby as long as the meds work and he has a good quality of life will continue with treatment. Thanks for everyone's concern.

JSM..that is awful about the little Yorkie being killed...I would not let the new Yorkie out of my site if I was your friend..with the bad seed around.

Nor would I!  Seems bad seed's name suits!
If she had bangs and her stringy hair was braided and dressed like a little girl I would swear she was Rhoda from that movie.  Such a cold little girl I hate to say.

oh my gawd!  I completely mis-understood.  I thought your friend had a dog that she named bad seed.   Worse, that bad seed is a child!

That's what I thought too and that's why I posted about my experience with combining doggies.  Reading back, I realize now what JSM meant.

Your experience is a very sound bit of advice Muffy.  Chuckle when I think of the authority your 5 pound Yorkies wield.

Not only should there be no dogs or pets of any kind in that environment I would be most concerned about babies or children visiting.  Hope Mom sees the light and looks to get help with issues surrounding daughter.  Before it is too late!  imo

I know what you mean KittyMom, we miss Trimm!!
We've had the BOLO (Be On the Look Out)  and I figure right here in this thread is where our Trimmy will post if and when she comes back.  It's like keeping the same house when someone goes missing, imo.  They know where to come back to.
And of course, we keep the porch light on!  (jmho of course)  Love you Trimmy!   an angelic monkey
