Been a bad few months for me, starting with son's ER visit, then with my nerve damage and finding the correct medicine dosage to control the pain. And to top it off, I lost my brother the Saturday night before Thanksgiving. His death was unexpected until two and a half weeks before he died and was admitted to the hospital.

My point, I guess is that time has taken on a life of it's own for me and it's Christmas time already!

So if any of you would like a Christmas avatar or would like to use any of your past Christmas avatar designs, let me know! I'll make a post on my thread directing you all to previous years' avatars and ask if anyone would like a new design.

Please feel free to ask for a new design if you'd like one! I would really enjoy making you one. (Or two or 15 as I have been known to do.) LOL

Hoping you all enjoy the season and your loved ones.

I am so sorry, Brandi.  I sort of checked out of life over the Thanksgiving Holiday, it was too much with my brother's death this year.  There is nothing I can say to ease your pain, I am well aware of that, please just know that I am thinking of you and praying that things will ease up somewhat.

Thank you, Bearly. (and Muffy)

I totally understand your "check out" time. Sorry you needed it, but it's understandable for sure.

Happy for you that you have a grandchild to enjoy, Bearly! I don't have any grandchildren, but I can imagine what joy they can bring to your life!

I hope you can enjoy Christmas better than Thanksgiving. I am betting you will.

Congrats on getting all your Santa duties done!

I have not wrapped one present yet.

Having trouble getting in the Christmas spirit this year, I keep thinking of my brother. I think he would like us to enjoy Christmas, but it's difficult for me.

I'll post some new avatars for you in my thread later today.

P.S. Bearly, here's the little shepherd I made for you last year:

Still taking my meds. I may be on them the rest of my life. Time will tell.

How's your husband's pain management going?

Crazy weather for sure. It got down to 29 here and at 11 this morning it was a whole 33. It's up to 40 and will start dropping again soon. But is going back up by the week end to 70. I am not going to complain. My electric bill has been so low these last couple months. Good thing with everything else that's come up.

Here's a heart warming story. The mom has done a wonderful job raising her son.

 ::snipping2::

Birthday parties are usually when kids rake in the loot. But Chase Branscum gave away all the gifts he received—all 500 of them. The generous-minded resident of Owasso, Okla., decided to turn his eighth-birthday celebration into a toy drive for Toys for Tots.

"I already have toys and other kids don't," Branscum told news station Fox23.

Good morning everyone!

Hope all the monkeys are well.  Big conference meeting tonight with all the administrative stuff will be turned in.
After all this is done, will begin with Christmas -- yeah!
Blessings.
