That's good if it means less people being hurt, but I don't think that's the case.

Hope Caddy and Trimm are OK after the storm.
They are estimating it will be the end of the week before we have power restored. They do populated areas first and boonies people last. Thank heavens for the full house generator. Feel sorry for people without it. Had the tops blown out of huge pines and oaks felled and actually smashed. We had estimated 75mph straight line winds, rain and hail. Sisters have power and no damage thank God so a lot to be thankful for. I'll see if I can get some pictures before the clean up.

Sister - where on Facebook can we go to read about her journey to her new home?

How did she sleep Sunday night?
The transporters have a facebook called Kindred Hearts Transportation.  It is a national group more than 3,000 strong.  All volunteer.

She sleep good -- I was laying with her on the floor as she was scared to get on the bed.  Today she has mastered the bed, taking me on a walk with very little pulling, and she is beginning to know her name.  I have an awesome dog.

Hi 4Donks

No damage in my neck of the woods, that I know about.  I worked all day yesterday and don't have any windows in my office- so it could have been bad and I didn't know it.  My power is still on.

Glad you have the generator!

A co worker said large hail pounded his car during the storm- not really sure where he was- I think south of Birmingham.

Hope you are doing well...

Oh yes, I had makeup on including lipstick and my hair was done too.
I had a real  young cute doctor! Wouldn't you know it? What a way to meet!

Well....um.....just have to know, which end did you put the lipstick on?

The right end lol...I had applied it before I went under..always have to be prepared.

Cadillac, our dog Benji sounds quite a bit like your fur baby.   He is a biter but if people leave him alone, he leaves them alone. I do put him in a gated area when the grands are over. Not taking chances with them. Benji is over 15 yrs old....

Wow I am out of the loop - you guys had bad storms? I am glad all are ok - and that there are generators!

Here is a link to the Transport facebook page but it's a closed group.

I need to do this.

CC, did JSM see all of our birthday greetings yesterday? Is she feeling better? Did she have a good birthday?

Sister's avatar is a picture of "the pup" Belle on the way from Alabama to her home!

I have a few more of Belle that I can post if Sister approves.

Oh Brandi, please do.  You know how computer illiterate I am . . . (she is soooo beautiful, the proud mommy says!).

Sister, you make me smile every time I see you and Belle of the Ball come on here.  How did you know?  How did you know it was Belle?

Put together a little Escape theme:

As you can see, she has beautiful coloring! Sister, you are a lucky lady!

These below are on different legs of her trip to Sister's house:

She is gorgeous and strong.  I love the third picture.  I think she is looking for Sister!!

Thank you Brandi.
I'm just into some good old fashioned loving.

You so deserve it, Sister!

Her coloring changes with the pictures.  In the 5th picture, she looks completely different.  She is a beauty for sure!  Her face is so full of expression.  She looks wary, happy, pleased, hopeful for the journey, curious, and there are others I see there, too.  She is one smart dog!  I so want to meet her!  She looks just like her name, Belle, she is definitely the Belle of the Ball!  What a perfect name for her.  You chose well, Sister, she chose well, and He chose well!  I can't wait to hear Belle stories...as the Belle rings can be her life story.  You sure picked a busy time in your life to make the move.  I have no doubt she will be there to make even the darkest days brighter for you.  She is perfect!

When she saw you, did she know it was you?  Did she know she was home?  Oh, I wish I was there!
