Still of the opinion hubby did something to her and he could have dumped her anywhere from NC all the way down to his fam home in FL.  So sad that I think we will never find a body but he can be convicted!!

Soldier's disappearance causing anguish for family

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. --
Two times in the past week, a woman's body has been found in Fayetteville.

And both times it left anxious searchers without an answer about what happened to Fort Bragg soldier Kelli Bordeaux, who has been missing since April 14.

Bordeaux's husband, Mike, says it's been an emotional time. He plans to be out searching with other volunteers for his wife next Saturday morning.

Tina Turner, the leader of a group of volunteers, says next weekend they plan to focus on the Dobbins Homes Road area.

Volunteers launch new search for Fort Bragg soldier missing 2 months

Published June 16, 2012

FoxNews.com

Volunteers are meeting Saturday to mount a new search for a Fort Bragg soldier missing for two months.

Pfc. Kelli Marie Bordeaux was last seen leaving Froggy Bottoms, a North Carolina bar, in the early morning hours on April 14.

Police believe Bordeaux, 23, left with a registered sex offender, Nicholas Holbert, who had reportedly been living in a lean-to behind the bar, WRAL-TV reports.

Holbert has told police that he dropped her off at the apartment she shared with her husband, who was away visiting family at the time. Holbert claims he had nothing to do with the woman's disappearance and says he is being unfairly targeted because of his criminal past.

He is convicted of indecent liberties with a 5-year-old.

Holbert, you are not being targeted because of your past, but because of your present.  You are presently the one who saw Ms. Bordeaux last and you are currently a register sex offender.
If your criminal past has been one of a shop lifer for example, your criminal past would not be a reason to target you.  Oh, but it is always someone else's fault, right?

$25G reward offered for information leading to missing soldier Kelli Bordeaux

Published March 23, 2013

FoxNews.com

Nearly one year since a 23-year-old Fort Bragg soldier disappeared from a North Carolina bar, authorities announced Friday that a $25,000 reward is being offered for information about the case.

Pfc. Kelli Bordeaux, a combat medic with the 44th Medical Brigade, disappeared April 14 after leaving Froggy Bottoms bar in Fayetteville around 1:20 a.m.

No suspects have been named in the case. The woman's husband, a civilian, was visiting family in Florida at the time, and Bordeaux had spent the night singing karaoke and drinking with friends at the hangout.

Nicholas Holbert, a 25-year-old "bar hand" who is also a convicted sex offender, told police he drove Bordeaux home to her apartment complex less than a mile away. He denied any involvement in the woman's disappearance, claiming Bordeaux asked to be dropped off at the entrance of her neighborhood. She was never seen or heard from again. Her cellphone pinged off a tower close to the bar before its battery died, investigators. But searches for the phone around the tower have come up empty.

Holbert was later arrested for failure to register as a sex offender at his new address in Cumberland County, N.C. He was convicted in 2003 at age 16 of indecent liberties with a 5-year-old chil
