disabled,as in unplugged,turned off or broken? im pretty sure if it was a wirless cam
it has an IC chip,that holds read only memory,and IDK if the ROM is retreviable,and
it prob wasnt hooked to a puter,or digital recorder,media would have reported that
the house is like a scaled down adobe fort,all it needs is a moat LOL
i think i missed the link to the house cam story

The Celis Surveillance Camera

NANCY GRACE
Celis Parents Take Lie Detector Test
Aired May 3, 2012 - 20:00   ET

<snipped>

GREG OVERZAT, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER:  Yhere is this security camera directly above the back porch of the home. Now, if you`ll notice, it`s actually facing towards the sky. We believe that had it actually been fully functioning -- we heard reportedly that it was not functioning -- and police have looked at it and there was nothing on it because it is allegedly broken -- it would be pointing down into this back yard.

So the question of, you know, when that camera was broken, the last time it was operable, we still don`t know. But it`s interesting that that is there and pointing toward the sky.

The Moore Security Footage

NANCY GRACE
Police Examine Security Camera Video in Isabel Celis Disappearance
Aired April 27, 2012 - 20:00   ET

GRACE: A special guest joining us. It is Rick Moore, the owner of Moore Security Services. His business has surveillance cameras pointing directly at the Celis family home.

<snipped>

GRACE: So a lot of people are wondering why would you have cameras trained on the Celis family home. Explain.

MOORE: You know, Nancy -- Nancy, that was almost a coincidence. Really, our thought process when we set the cameras up was to protect the back of our facility. Our showroom is literally about 25 yards from where we`re standing right now.

<snipped>

MOORE: Well, there`s an alley, Nancy, right behind us. It`s about 25 yards right behind us. That`s, again, about 25 yards from the front door of Isabel`s home. And it runs right behind our showroom, and that`s where our cameras are trained on.

GRACE: What kind of activity?

MOORE: Again, it was just people wandering through alley, vehicles coming up and down through the alley and vehicles walking -- coming out of the alley that`s right here in front of Isabel. Now, what makes and models and tags were, that`s in the police`s hands now, Nancy.

<snipped>

GRACE: So what you observed, Rick, that morning around 8:00 AM, approximately 8:00 AM .... is Isabel`s father and his brother, which would be Isabel`s uncle, walking around in front of the Celis home.

MOORE: Nancy, that`s conjecture on my part. I think that`s who it was. The police didn`t want us to speculate about who that was

Uncle: Isabel's parents glad they went on TV

Tucson Police confirmed today that the parents took polygraph tests early in the investigation.

Sgt. Maria Hawke said at a press conference, "It is accurate that the parents have done polygraph tests," but those results will not be shared.

<snipped>

TPD says they are not able to release any additional surveillance video at this time.

This is what my son has.  It carries his batting helmet, 2 bats, his glove, his catchers helmet, his catchers mit, his catchers body pads, his calf pads, balls, and still has a little room for more.  Thankfully it has wheels or we'd never make it from the car to the dugout.

Yes kitty mom, my nephew has the same bag, except he is a pitcher so it may be lighter, lol, but anything like that and around that size I would be very interested in knowing if one is missing or unaccounted for by an person that was in the home.

It Justin was in the home, and I cannot come up with another scenario that puts him there at 8am, prior to the 911 call, it is noteworthy that he was not brought to the home like Rebecca, Sergio, and Sergio Jr for a re-enactment.

I think Janet is also correct that the Moore cameras are going to indicate a presence at the Celis home, and perhaps an early morning departure of a houseguest.   I continue to be baffled not one interview has asked these people what Becky's shift was that day, and what Sergio does for a living.. sheesh.
If JM was seen on the security cam wouldn't LE be leaning on him hard?  Interesting that they only brought the older son back to the home.

I was wondering if maybe the atty is setting up these interviews and has told interviewer questions to avoid?

You can see a clinical psychologist give his opinion about the interview here.

It's a video.  Very interesting comments by this guy.

i have a feeling that the parents did not "pass" the polygraph test and the results may have shown deception because they both are 99.9% sure that Justin has something to do with her disappearance but maybe didn't want to say it.  so when it came to the question about whether or not they knew what happened, they prob both showed deception...jmo

sunshine

I could be wrong but somehow I do not believe that either Sergio or Becky would be protecting Justin if they were suspicious that he had anything to do with the harming of their daughter.  Finding Isabel would be their mission even if it meant throwing Justin under the bus.

However ... one parent protecting the other or both parents protecting an immediate family member is a different story.

Could it be that Justin was summoned to the Celis residence after Isabel met an unintentional demise through an illegal/impulsive act of wrongdoing sometime following the ball game.  In other words ... the Uncle/Cousin became a participant in the disappearing of Isabel (Mexico/Family).  Upon returning to the Celis home after completing that task he became a participant in a 6:30 AM staging (open window/removed screen) ... a staging that would imply an abduction.

I am convinced that the Moore surveillance footage is the smoking gun that will reveal the truth through the activity which took place on the night when Isabel went missing.

Janet

i agree, i don't think they would protect him either, i meant more along the lines of subconciously they both had an inkling he could be involved

Interesting.  Reporter asked parents about timeline and a party that was held at the home on Friday night.  Parents said that there was no party.

Reporter asked if Sergio was biological father of Isabel.  He answered 'absolutely'.  Now why would reporter ask that?  hmmmm

I am truly humbled.  This interview was powerful ... insightful.

Monkeys ... this interview causes me to re-evalute all my suspicions that these parents are involved in the happenings encompassing the disappearance of their daughter.

Answers to some questions inquiring minds were asking ...

1.  No attorney has entered the scenario.
2.  Not convinced that window was a point of entry.
3.  Only immediate family was in the home that night.
4.  Sergio - a dental "surgical" assistance.
5.  No compensation from NBC Today interview.
6.  Not personally accepting any funds from donations.

I got just the opposite from it.  In fact, it took me back to the early days on Hopespring Dr.  These two didn't seem like two people desperate to find their missing daughter.  They were too comfortable.  They spoke like they're ready to get on with their lives.  Even talking about taking the boys out for ball practice.  Who could be thinking about ball at a time like this?

I can't wait for Blink's reaction.

When it is considered that Isabel's parents must be aware of the Moore surviellance camera that was directed at their home ... the surviellance camera that according to Rick Moore captured all activity ... all the comings and goings ... that night/morning ... it boggles my mind that these two could look into a camera for an hour long interview and outright lie in regards to no idea ... no knowledge ... no involvement.  I could be wrong but ... this wannabe detective who sees conspiracies when there is none ... will afford Sergio and Becky the benefit of the doubt that they are being truthful unless something surfaces which implies other wise.

 ::snipping2::
The press conference took place at a Tucson hotel under tightly controlled conditions.  Only one camera was allowed, and only one reporter from KOLD, KVOA and KGUN9 were allowed to enter the room and ask questions.  The Celis family selected the reporters.  For KGUN9 News, anchor Guy Atchley received the invitation and represented 9 On Your Side.  The three TV journalists  alternated asking questions.

The family also allowed a reporter and photographer from the Arizona Daily Star to be in the room and witness the press conference, but did not allow them to ask questions.  Instead, the family gave them a separate interview opportunity following the live press conference.

At one point during the live event, a Phoenix-based reporter walked into the room and asked a question, one that had already been asked.   Immediately afterwards, a Tucson police officer escorted that reporter from the room.

Because of security concerns and concerns for the privacy of Rebecca and Sergio Celis, KGUN9 News has agreed to withhold the location where the press conference took place.  KGUN9 News has confirmed, however, that NBC News has been paying for the Celis family to stay at the hotel.   During the press conference, the Celis's denied that they were directly compensated for Thursday's exclusive appearance on The Today Show or for the exclusive video of Isabel that they provided to NBC.  The family released that same video to Tucson media later Thursday.

Reminds me of the Horman case (How dad only allowed certain reporters and stations in and only on Fridays and so on).  Why so controlled?  Why the need to be in a secure location?  Why are they being so selective?  Weird.

So which is it, they can't have it both ways.

I did not watch much of the raw footage, but came away with the same impression I had before.. I don't trust him.  Watching him is like watching Cindy Anthony.  She is tougher to read and I believe that is because she is a nurse.  They are trained and practiced to maintain a calm outward appearance and to handle a horrendous situation as though it was something as common as brushing teeth.
