The Husband Store

A store that sells new husbands has just opened in New York City, where a woman may go to choose a husband. Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates.

You may visit the store ONLY ONCE! There are six floors and the attributes of the men increase as the shopper ascends the flights.

There is, however, a catch: you may choose any man from a particular floor, or you may choose to go up a floor, but you cannot go back down except to exit the building.

So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband.

On the first floor the sign on the door reads: Floor 1: These men have jobs.

The second floor sign reads: Floor 2: These men have jobs and love kids.

The third floor sign reads: Floor 3: These men have jobs, love kids and are extremely good looking.

"Wow," she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going.

She goes to the fourth floor and the sign reads: Floor 4: These men have jobs, love kids, are drop-dead gorgeous and help with the housework.

"Oh, mercy me!" she exclaims. "I can hardly stand it."

Still, she goes to the fifth floor and the sign reads: Floor 5: These men have jobs, love kids, are drop-dead gorgeous, help with the housework and have a strong romantic streak.

She is so tempted to stay, but she goes to the sixth floor and the sign reads:

Floor 6: You are visitor number 31,456,012 to this floor. There are no men on this floor. This floor exists solely as proof that women are impossible to please. Thank you for shopping at the Husband Store.

Meanwhile, across the street, a new Wives Store has recently opened.

The first floor has wives that love sex.

The second floor has wives that love sex and have money.

The third through sixth floors have never been visited.....

Beth's nightmare began with a cellphone call around 11 a.m. on May 30.  One of the seven adult chaperones on the Aruban trip was with news that Natalee was missing. Beth, driving home to Birmingham with two friends after a vacation in Hot Springs, Ark., stayed calm but dialed 911 to ask for a police escort to get her home quickly.   When she didn't get one, she kept driving fast anyway:  A state trooper pulled her over doing 110 mph.  "I got out of the car before he could get out of his," says Beth, who explained the situation and persuaded the trooper to get her the number of the FBI.  "There wasn't even a tiny second when she didn't know what she was going to do," says her friend Marilyn Whitlock, who was in the car.  "She was completely calm and in charge."

Good!  I think she should put it all out there and let the world know what went on.  But I thought someone said it was going to be more about personal faith and enduring such a tragedy.

Well, the pics I have seen are great!  Cute Cute pets!  Im puppy sitting with my grandpuppy this week end.   Daughter and son-in-law are out of town.  We got up early to watch the Busch NASCAR race!

casa I know you're close with some of the family too, have you spoken with Beth's mother about it? I know she's reviewed the book too, I'm just not sure how many details they plan to share at this point?

No, None, I havent talked to any of them about the book. Im not sure what all will be included.  I do think a combination of inspiration and details would be great though.  

I LOVE NASCAR.  Dale,Jr. is my favorite. Busch race is this morning (rained out last night) Cup race tonight.

It is interesting that the Aruban Police website (link posted earlier), has the article done by Renfro.  Has Dompig quoting FBI.  Makes me think that the Aruban ALE is going to take a (Dutch) hit in this investigation and this "documentary" is preemptive.  Why else would the webpage post criticism of FBI??
Maybe Julia's connection (the one with the sonar and search dog info) has requested help.

I didn't read it silly, I just got the word from some who did that it has some reveal but like you I do hope at least two of the trio get burned    

casa we have lots of NASCAR here but I'm not big on crowds so I don't go much, it's about all I can do to handle a few football games each year

you know I still have the video from Beth's visit with Greta when she discusses her journal? I reviewed it again yesterday, it would only make sense she would include parts of that journal in this book, which I would think should make some quake a bit.

I also found I still have video of rubberlegs and Jossy too, very early on and BOR is nailing rubberlegs
