I do not post much anymore.. but always read and have most everying thing from the last TES search effort saved.

"Clinton's Law" need to be a Fedearl Law and extended to include those that may be involved  someway.  If you have nothing to hide what would be the problem?

And I have to ask.   If the Floriada LE  has the cell records for Casey Anthony & company  30+ days after the fact,  why are / were they NOT available for Clinton and the people that might have been at the party or those he contacted?

Over thinking things again I know & sorry for doing so.. but that is just me

Hi OldF ~  It's good to "see" you again.  I was wondering the same thing about the cell phone records.  Even if they had been "purged", I've seen when data can be recovered.  Have you seen the Naomi Arnette thread as of late?  I am hoping justice will be served come November, when the sentencing phase will begin for Robert Arnette.  I know you took part in the search for Naomi.  If you have anything to add to the thread, we would be grateful.  I continue to pray Clinton will be found.

Thanks to you --  I NOW know what has been  going on ... and have passed it on to those that were closer to the search effort.  Just in case they did not know. 

To set the record straight :
 My efforts for  Naomi Arnette's search with TES  was to show up ~  meet SAM & Marlee hand TES a donation and ******* things. 

It was s the # of people around Sadorus IL, that showed up to assist TES that was a key factor  (JMO)....  I still think of a guy there in a full leg cast begging for some sort of a ATV that he could use to help in search.

If it takes Federal Laws to impose requirements on local  LE  to attend to Missing Persons (no matter what age or reason) within hours or within 1 day and phone company's to maintain records for 90+  days I'm all for it!!

Old F - thank you and there is no such thing as overthinking.  The problem is not the cell records.  The problem is the tower records - they are only kept for 30 days. The tower records can triangulate within a 5 mile radius as to where he was at.  There has been recent information indicating that we have been searching the wrong area....if we had gotten the cell tower records we would have know within 5 miles what towers pinged his phone all the way up to when the battery died.  That alone could have put us in a different area.  I asked them to pull the tower records - the detective handling the case refused - he said why do I need the tower records I know where he was at.

Two years later - he may have known where he is at but we still don't!
