Thanks all - I'm proud of Metro too cuz it is hard to quit when travelling as you are alone, sometimes lonely and my cigs were my "friends" when I was at a restaurant by myself - gave me something to do.  Awful but true.

To be honest - it wasn't easy, but it was WAY easier then I thought.  Should have done it forever ago.  So good luck to all.

Sorry to pop in for such a short time. It's getting late and have loads to do over the next several days (help bro get his wife committed and 2 funerals  Crying or Very sad ).

I read that article. Level 1 Sex Offender from Thailand, found with a girls underwear in his apartment claims he was helping someone move?  I thought the pervs traveled to Thailand, WTH now they are traveling here? We have enough already!
