Comrades of the Court have Dealt a Killing Blow to the Constitution.

In a surprise decision, a new Comrade of the Court has been revealed.  Chief Justice John Roberts announced his membership to the world.  The Court decided 5-4 to uphold the new phrase, not "Government taxes everything the moves;" but, "Government can tax anything and everything--moving or not moving."

Urgent CPR is necessary.  The Constitution all but down and out.

Where do illegals fit in our constitution?

Nancy Pelosi recently talked about an end to 'Free Reiders' and the healthcare system?

How exactly will Obamacare force the freeloading, free riding illegal to stop?  Pay their fair share?  Leave?

What about the freeloaders/riders/parasites on the welfare systme?  Those who work with bogus/stolen Social Security numbers and collect from the generous welfare system?  Those who come for the guarenteed citizenship sweepstakes?  Take and never give back?

When exactly does ALL the free riding end?  

Obamacare only seems to punish the legal citizen.  Where are the punishments and slavery for the REAL professional free riders?  Those here illegally?

Obamacare issues new numbers to people.  What would happen if everyone had to use their legally issued Social Security number?

Obamacare seems more like a new slave system.  Take everything working and legal people earn and give it to millions, if not billions of people who will free load in bigger ways on the backs of Americans.

Why aren't Obama, Pelosi, and Reid addressing the real free loaders?  Thsoe here illegally?

How many millions will come here for a free Obamacare ride?  Is it the law or how it's implemented?  Any chance illegals will be deported or given a work permit and Obamacare number?  TIN tax refunds and bigger credits?

When do citizens come first?  When will the immigration laws be enforced?

Obamacafre seems like another excuse to stick it to Americans.  Give a free ride to BILLIONS!!!  How is that ever fair for citizens?

How is Obamacare or any health system fair when premiums/fees/taxes exceed what many make in a year through work?

Obamacare costs many times more in a year than global workers make in a lifetime?  Hmmm...worker makes less than $1 a day, and Obamcare costs $1,000 a month/person?   Corruption?

How is that ever moral or ethical?  Corrupt?

Why aren't Pelosi, Clooney, Obama, and Reid using their personal fortunes to alleviate all these problems?  Take a vow of poverty?  Give it all away?

Is it easier to take/steal/tax the money and resources of others?  Millions of lower income people?

Why not let people buy just want they WANT and need?  

How long before Obamacare tax money goes to the general fund to pay the debt and buy votes just like Social Security taxes?

Will it ever make life better for average people?

Ok.  Let’ have that debate!

You have helped children and young adults by giving them a new form of slavery—total government control, no choices without severe penalties--oppression.  Their very lives depend upon adherence to the wishes of government.  Want a college education?  You can’t afford it without the government.  Want a 32 oz. Slurpy?  Sorry, no longer available—sugar is bad for you.  Want a car?  Nope, no longer available for you: but, we’ll give you a bicycle.  Only Government Motors cars are available and we reserve them for government personnel…ONLY.  Want a job?  Well, if you’re cooperative, we have a government job.  Of course, you must agree that 2+2 =5 during the entry level testing.  You could have had one of many private sector jobs… but, they were taxed out of existence—Affordable Health Care Bill, you know.

You have helped seniors.  Obamacare takes away more than a half TRILLION dollars from the Medicare Advantage program, reducing the care of millions of elders to basic care—affordable by the government.  Death panel?  Certainly not.  It’s simply a group of 15 people who decide whether or not they can afford to treat you.  It’s a Committee, and we (all) know how well that works.  And…just in case we haven’t helped you enough:  We have a new tax on Medical Devices.  Want to walk?  Well, that depends, where can you really go at 81?  Actually, you’re a waste of money and it’s all down hill for you, anyway.  Committee decision:  No hip replacement for you, WE can’t AFFORD it.  No, no, no, don’t tell me you’ll sue; you can’t sue the government without permission.

If it’s all about lower rates, please explain how you will make 48 people pay for their own insurance plus the insurance for the other 52 people (out of 100.)  Remember 2+2=5?  More new math!

If it’s all about better quality care, please explain how you will conquer the incentive for doctors to stay when their income is halved and they must work twice as hard.  As the doctors leave for Singapore, the government medical mill will churn out lots of newly trained doctors.  If fewer doctors, working for half the money, seeing twice the number of patients, equals better quality care; then  2+2=5.

As a special feature, Nancy and friends have seen to it that your finances can be accessed “real time.”  If Obamacare is free, why would they need your bank account information “real time.”

Insurance without any preconditions:  Insurance companies won’t survive.  It’s a good thing, just like the rest of Obamacare.  Lost jobs, lost quality, lost choice, and we can thank Nancy (in part) for the fun.

Since you need to pass the Bill to know what was in it:  Now that Obamacare is Law, Read the Bill and understand how Nancy has helped to rape generations of once free Americans.  We will have decades to enjoy it.

The Honduran Constitutional Clue

Early in the Obama Administration, Honduras had a Constitutional Crisis.  IIRC, President Zalaya was restricted by their Constitution to one term in office.  Zalaya was ramping up for the election and gave every indication of running for the office which he was preventing from holding by that Constitution.  Zalaya was ousted and tossed out of the country at gunpoint—unceremoniously, on a Sunday morning, in his pajamas.

The Constitution was designed to restrict the meal of the always-hungry monster called “oppressive government/rule.”  King George had taxed at will, and at whim.  King George ordered what he wanted, when he wanted, where he wanted; and, ordered the people to pay the bill.

The Constitution was designed to curtail the absorbing, grasping monster by listing what Federal government can do and stating that all else belongs to others, not you.   A grasping government will coax the people--offering treats with one hand while snatching something away with another.  How else will a grasping government convince you to give up something without offering a “goodie?”

The Constitution was designed for a Republic, not a Democracy.  In 1787, Benjamin Franklin said that it was a Republic…”if you can keep it.”  The design was not Democracy—whereby we could vote ourselves the treats and make others pay, as we lost freedom after freedom.

We are watching the circuses; how soon until we vote ourselves the bread?

Why do those who promote "human rights" seems to always promise things that other people will pay for?  That government will steal from one to give to another?

Why isn't the first 'human right" the right to keep the fruit of one's labor?  Keep the wages one earns?  Why is the fruit of any person's labor seized/taxed/confiscated by any group or government and given away to other and/or used to buy votes?

You never see progressives/liberals building affordable housing in places like Martha's Vineyard or the Gore mansions.  They never move 5,000 random Section 8 families from the roughest, high crime neighborhoods into their 'elite' neighborhoods.  The roughest among us are moved via Section 8 and other programs to good neighborhoods and schools built by generations who escaped the rough and crime ridden neighborhoods to build a better place for their children to grow up.

Where is the 5,000 affordable housing complex on Martha's Vineyard?  In Gore or Geighner's neighborhood?  It seems like folks are good enough to buy a vote from, but not good enough to live in their neighborhood.

How do they accomplish all this vote buying?  TAxing working families and moving the freeloaders into their neighborhoods.  Want to get your kids out of crime ridden violent schoold impacted by all these Section 8 families?  Good luck.  Want a voucher to help pay for a private school?  Good luck.

Vouchers are only for the elite they need to buy votes from, everyone else can send their kids to crumbling schools, crumbling morally and educationally.

I think the condition of the schools is one of the first indicators of crumbling communities.  You can move poor disadvantaged families into Section 8 housing in the suburbs...does it make life better for those on the receiving end?  Or, does it encourage those wanting a better life and community for their family to move on?  Pick up and establish roots elsewhere?

I think good communities grow from the inside out.  They grow from the hard work of parents and famililes.  They don't grow great because government throws money at them.  The goodness comes from the inside of good people.  Government money seems to corrupt everything it touches, when it is spread around to buy votes.  What does government money leave in it's wake?  Destruction, devastated communities, poverty, crime...
