Maybe two criminals have been schooling themselves on how to profit from what appears to be a "child abduction"?  They certainly would have many, many, creepy parents and grandparents to learn from!!!!!  I'm sure that locally and maybe even privately that particular family has been catered to because of the missing girls.  I don't know of any website or donation set up in their name but you and I both know that there are big hearted, well meaning people in this world ready to lend them a hand with just about anything and remain anonymous!

Police look to question boater seen on lake near where Iowa girls vanished as mom agrees to second polygraph test

Investigators searching for two missing Iowa cousins say they want to interview a person who was paddleboating on a lake near where they disappeared 10 days ago.

FBI spokeswoman Sandy Breault said Monday that investigators want to interview the person who was boating July 13 on Meyers Lake because that person may have information that could help the search for 10-year-old Lyric Cook-Morrissey and 8-year-old Elizabeth Collins.

Breault said the boater is not a suspect but that investigators "really do need to talk with the person." The boater has not voluntarily come forward to speak with investigators, who for days have urged the public to step forward to tell what they know. The girls' bikes were found near the lake.

Breault said investigators still believe the two girls are alive.

Lyric's father, Daniel Morrissey, is being watched closely by authorities but has not been named a suspect. Morrissey, 36, has a lengthy criminal history and is no longer cooperating with police. He has been placed in a pretrial supervision program in two separate drug cases, so parole officers are monitoring Morrissey's actions.

Misty Cook-Morrissey, 34, also has a criminal record. She was convicted of federal drug charges and state theft and alcohol violations. She is currently on supervised release.

She agreed to submit to a second polygraph test Monday to show she is again cooperating with investigators, their aunt said.

Misty Morrissey says she has passed polygraph to prove she's not involved in girls' disappearance

EVANSDALE (AP) — After submitting to a second polygraph test, the mother of one of two missing Iowacousins said Monday the results should prove that she had nothing to do with their disappearance and allow investigators to focus their attention elsewhere.

Misty Morrissey said a state agent asked during Monday's polygraph whether she had anything to do with the abduction of her daughter, 10-year-old Lyric Cook-Morrissey, and niece, 8-year-old Elizabeth Collins. She said she was asked whether she knows where they are and if she could take investigators to them, adding she answered "no" to all those questions.

"It went well," she said in a phone interview afterward. "They can rule me out of their book and move on to something else."
