Sorry for the triple posts!  That was weird...it kept telling me it wasn't there.  

We're headed that way because my parents live there, and my husband and I are taking a vacation.  We're flying out of Houston, and the parents are keeping my kids!

Well, I was just curious.  Blacks are not a minority or majority?  Most of the islands are majority black, but I do understand that perhaps not all the power is in the hands of blacks.

I'm just very surprised at any anti-black racism being referenced by the black families; to me, it was unexpected.
