K...well I hope you have a good time! So strange that someone actually knows of The Woodlands.

I knew of The Woodlands *before* it was The Woodlands -- worked on the Mitchell Properties account (advertising/PR) to help Geo Mitchell get his HUD loan, which was the largest ever, at that time.  I was working on it in "Year Minus 5" - 5 years before it opened.

I'm in SW Hou.

Sarah: I've been 2X for a week each and stopped on a cruise in between. Great place, great people. Lots of fun.

I think that we go buy guilty until proven innocent instead of innocent until proven guilty.  And MJ walked!

I wonder whose idea it was to arrest the security guards, the FBI or the Aruban police.  They wnet in like gangbusters with the media in tow so they could perp walk the guys and humiliate them publicly.  All the makings of theater and they got the wrong guys.  The arrests did take off the pressure for a few days.   Now they have demonized Joran.  I would not be surprised if he is not involved either.

When I lived in the states (up north) I was white....here I'm constantly tanned I guess.....most people are.

Sarah, I spent a few weeks there working on a claims  case (shoddy construction) for the Radisson that was under construction. Ironically, I stayed at the Allegro--didn't get a lot of work done. Fell in love with the place, can't wait to take my wife back.  Cool

Other irony is that we have an office in Birmingham, my good friend is a MBHS alumnus, and Natalee's mom is the specch therapist for my friend's daughter.

Now for my Question-of-theDay: Is the Arubian culture similar to the Hispanic culture?

That site, with Joran at the girl's 15th birthday party, seemed like it could be similar to an Hispanic girl's quincenera celebration.  White dress, big party, etc.

Just wondering.  Around here, any young woman of Hispanic descent celebrates her quincenera (sorry for the lack of the tilde...my computer doesn't have it), and it is a HUGE deal.  I've been to many, and they seem so similar to that party.
