DOES ANYONE KNOW IF NATALEE HAD A PURSE?  WAS WEARING A WATCH? A NECKLACE? WHAT COLOR/TYPE OF SHOES? ANYTHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DROPPED ANYWHERE?

ALSO, DID SHE OFTEN CARRY A CELLPHONE IN HER PURSE OR ON HER? IF SO, WAS THE CELLPHONE LOCATED IN HER ROOM/AMONG HER THINGS?  EVEN IF A U.S. CELLPHONE DOESN'T TYPICALLY WORK IN ARUBA.. CERTAIN ELECTRONIC DIRECTION FINDING EQUIPMENT MAY SOMETIMES BE ABLE TO BE USED TO LOCATE SUCH A "MISSING CELLPHONE" AND MAYBE A MISSING PERSON WITH IT OR NEARBY..

BUT WAS THERE ANYTHING SHE HAD ON THAT MAY POSSIBILY HAVE BEEN DROPPED ANYWHERE ALONG THE WAY (ESPECIALLY IF THERE WAS A POSSIBLE STRUGGLE)..

The blame game is getting really old. We are talking about 18 year olds on a trip who are legally (regardless of maturity, decisions etc.) adults in the US. They can vote, make their own decisions etc without a parent. People need to lay off the chaperones. They have no power of controlling anyone on the trip. This was a group of high school graduates who are legally considered adults.

Would we sit here and and play the blame game if this was a spring break incident in a popular US "party" city? Nope, because it happens all the time in the US.

While I dearly feel for Natalee and her parents, I do not blame the parents, Natalee, her friends or the chaperones. Every time something bad happens to someone believe me, every person involved thinks "could have, would have, should have" but has happened has unfortunately happened. They can not take back that night and what happened to her. Have some compasion for them.

Most important thing right is finding Natalee so her parents can celebrate finding her alive or worst case, begin their grieving process but most importantly NOT spend the rest of their lives wondering what happened to their poor daughter. Regardless of anything, or anywhere this could happen, everyone should learn once again, that bad things happen anywhere at anytime for no reason. Sick demented people are in the world. They can be anyone but no one and I repeat NO ONE asks for something bad to happen to them!

arubagirl, where are you getting your information about who lives at a certain address? The phone book lists the father only, so you must be looking at something else which would list minors, too.
