I stand with the girl, Natalee Holloway.

"I can look back over the past 10 years and there were no steps wasted, and there are no regrets,'' she said. "I did all I knew to do and I think that gives me greater peace now." "I've lived every parent's worst nightmare and I'm the parent that nobody wants to be," she said.

TRINITY COUNTY, Texas -
Police say an 11-year-old girl who was allegedly abducted by her mother has been found safe in Trinity County and the woman has been taken into custody.

Police say the girl's mother, Shelly Jean Hurley, allegedly tried to run over the CPS employees and sped off.

Allegations of drug abuse caused Shelly Hurley to lose custody of the girl, according to Trinity County authorities.

Police first said Hurley and Savannah were in a white Ford pickup truck, but that vehicle was found abandoned overnight. Officers then said the two were in a red Subaru station wagon with Alabama plates.

The Subaru was found outside a home off I-635 and La Prada in Mesquite on Tuesday afternoon. However, police later said that Hurley and the child were never in that vehicle, but that it belonged to someone the woman knows.

Police said that person, along with two others in the home, all of whom know the suspect, voluntarily went to police headquarters for interviews but had nothing to do with the Amber Alert.

Shelly Hurley was apprehended in Trinity County.

According to several sources, officers also arrested Savannah's maternal grandmother in Trinity County on Tuesday. Patricia Rutledge, 64, is charged with interfering with child custody. No bond has been set yet.
