Cory Redwine
Hey everybody, Today was another good productive day But yet also a very difficult day as well. I never wanted to stand in front of my own father's house, And ask for answers about my little brother's disappearance. I used to look up to mark and I used to want to be him more than anybody in the world. I can say that at one point I believe I did have the best father when he was around. But when I was about 13 he went on the road and I haven't seen a lot of him since So calling Mark out is not easy by any means. I just want to get to the bottom of this and find my little brother I am missing him terribly and the days get a harder and harder. I know it's not easy for Mark but that is why I believe he did this. He seen him as much in the last three years as he has in the last two months. These are my own words And all I want is for Dylan to come home. If Mark didn't do this why is it taking two months to get his name off the list. Yes he is not a suspect but obviously a person of interest As they have searched everything Linked to Mark. I hope he didn't do this but with how he's acted Since Dylan had been missing and how he's been in the last six years all of my gut is telling me he did this and I have yet to be wrong with Mark. Read all of his conversations and tell me if they are focused on finding dylan or refocused about me and my mom Calling him out.

I just wanted to say that it is really heartwarming seeing so many people getting together to try to find answers for Elaine & Cory. Cory brainstormed this rally and I am in awe of him. It takes a pretty amazing young man to stand up for what he believes regardless of how difficult it may be. I look at this page and see that one young man accomplished more than over 9,056 people have tried to do with little success, he got the publicity needed to keep Dylan's name, picture and story out in there.
The rally was peaceful (from what I heard) and that is what Elaine & Cory wanted, a peaceful show of support for a peaceful, beautiful little boy. Thanks Cory Redwine for showing the world that family never gives up, that family supports and loves each other and that family will do whatever it takes to protect each other. You are a wonderful brother to Dylan!

i just went back to make sure of the bedding and clothes,i still think LE wanted clothes they knew
for sure was not contaminated, with another scent but Dylan's
check the dates of publishing,on the 11/26th nothing carry his scent was available,no thorough search
until the 11/29th, reported on 12/02, that clothes an bedding still in the same place from the 18/19th
so LE didnt need to take the bedding and the clothes on the 11/29th search

None of Dylan’s belongings that could carry his scent was available in the first days of the investigation. But the family had articles of the boy’s clothing delivered on the weekend.
“We have the clothes,” Bender said Monday. “We don’t need them here (at the reservoir), but can use them later.”

The next morning, Dylan was sleeping on the couch where Mark Redwine now sits and where Dylan's blankets still lie jumbled. Mark said he waited until 7:30 a.m. but still couldn't rouse his son, so he told him he would return about 11. When he got back at 11:30, his son's dirty cereal bowl was beside the sink. The television was on Nickelodeon. His son's fishing pole was gone. So was his black-and-gray backpack. A few articles of clothing were left behind on the couch.

Thanks cw618.

I have my doubts about the clothes on the couch being Dylan's.  Or if they were, that they were from his most recent visit.  I don't think it was ever in MSM, but from reading the conversations on FB, I think Dylan's dad told his mom that everything Dylan brought with him this time was gone.

I'm still doubting very seriously that Dylan or his belongings ever made it to the house.

Casey Warner Lisa, I work with MR. We both work for an Oilfield service company out of Durango. Truck driving is only about 10 percent of the job. We don't have routes. The driving is only from the office to the location of the project. Hope this clears things up for you.

Nick Redwine to Nancy. I have had several conversations with Mark about how I would respond. I have said the same thing if my child was missing I would be turning the world upside down. Mark feels that everyone is turning against him and this is taking the focus of of Dylan. I cannot give a clear answer as to why mark was not a part of today but I hope he can find the courage to talk to everybody. I don't know much about how Cory feels about this situation but it seems to me like he just wants answers. I hope mark will listen to my pleas as I talk to him about getting the focus off of him which it clearly is and getting attention back on Dylan

 ::snipping2::

Nick Redwine To Donna I have told Mark the same thing. I think it is easy to hide rather than answer questions. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to have lost one of my boys. Truth is Mark has 4 boys 2 who barely know him (1 of which has changed his name from Redwine to our mother's maiden name because of his outrage for mark). He has Cory who is begging him for answers to questions that mark refuses to answer. Dylan is missing and has been for over 2 months marks involvement is in question on so many different spectrums. did mark do something to Dylan? did mark hide Dylan? most importantly what has mark done to find Dylan? From my perspective I am Mark’s last connection to any of the boys. I have voiced my opinion and have asked Mark to speak to Elaine and the media. have asked him to take a polygraph and do interviews with national media such as Nancy Grace. I've gotten many reasons as to why he will not and cannot seem to get him to understand how much that will help. Rather than taking charge of the situation mark is dragging his feet. I know Mark handed out flyers and that seems like that should have been done about 6 weeks ago. As a father I could never imagine waiting this long to get involved and waiting to find a way to speak to anyone who had involvement with the case. If the messages that Cory has posted are accurate I could never imagine talking to my own son who is going through such a heart breaking experience the way that Mark has talked to him. I can appreciate the emotions that everyone is feeling but at times Mark seems to be so disassociated with reality. I have heard several times about the support he has and then I read news articles and facebook messages hinting towards his involvement. I have come to terms that my father (Mark Redwine) was never a part of my life but I cannot come to terms with how a man that has a 13 year old son can stay out of the story and neglect to put the accusations to rest. If he has nothing to do with Dylan’s disappearance then as a "loving" father I would answer any questions that are necessary to get the focus back on my son. As a coward I would flee when asked questions, I would back out of interviews that could help bring National attention to the case, and be fearful of a polygraph that could potentially clear up any doubt of my involvement.

I've had the court records that verify the name change for a few weeks now, it's true and speaks volumes imo.  The timing of it told me that it was probably for the reason described by his brother above, but I wasn't sure until I read this.

The request for the name change was filed on December 13th, and it also included a minor child.

Sad...

NANCY GRACE

Search Continues for Dylan Redwine

Aired December 3, 2012 - 20:00   ET

 ::snipping2::

Now, Miss Redwine, let me talk to you about what we find left at the home. The dad comes back from running errands for about four hours, 7:30 to 11:30. He finds a cereal bowl in the sink. Is that common?

REDWINE: Yes. I mean, you know, Dylan ate cereal. I don`t really know how to --

GRACE: OK, so that`s normal. What about the cell phone and the backpack and other belongings?

REDWINE: It was my understanding from his dad that everything Dylan had was in his backpack including his cell phone, his iPod, his iPod charger, his cell phone charger, all of his clothes. So we had to actually make a trip to get some of Dylan`s clothes from where we live in Colorado Springs because it was my understanding there were no clothes at his dad`s house.

GRACE: At the home.

Ellie, what did you learn?

JOSTAD: Well, Nancy, there are some reports that there was some clothing left behind. But, you know, Elaine points out something that we`d asked about. We knew that they did have to go fetch more clothing in Colorado Springs for those scent dogs. So it would make more sense that everything was gone with Dylan.

Nick Redwine Janice I have not asked him specifically about the phone. I have asked several times and will continue to ask him to step up. he has nothing to hide and he is drawing attention away from Dylan. as a father I would get the focus on my son. If all eyes were on me I would do whatever I could to answer the questions to get the focus back on my son. say what you want about me as long as its helps with finding my son. the problem I see is Mark is unwilling to accept the fact that the public is looking at him and his perceived guilt rather than the only focusing on finding Dylan. I am NOT saying that that rally did not serve a purpose because I think it did but now what happens is up to mark. will you continue to show that he's a coward like everybody says he is or will he do as he told Cory and walk the walk.

Nick Redwine keep in mind I have not really seen mark in almost 15 years. mark is a stranger to me is my as much as he is to most of you. it was Elaine who found me and because of Dylans disappearance I reached out to Mark. I've voiced a lot of the concerned that you guys have voiced to mark to no avail. he says he is doing everything he can but he has not cleared his name. I have highlighted how he is in sole control of getting the focus on Dylan. mark is the one getting attention mark is the one who everyone is talking about. Now mark needs to step up be the father that he claims he is and answer the question everyone is asking. mark failed me as a father and from the looks of things my brother's feel the same way. mark claims to have the support of the community but fails to see the frustration that is being expressed. I don't know what else I can say or do to make him see reality. if Mark wants to redeem himself he has to act now and start showing that he is willing to work to find Dylan.

Nick Redwine Sorry if my post do not seem to make sense at times. I do it on my phone which I hate because I cant make corrections to the talk to text feature. Anyway, I hope that what I have said is clear and that I hope Mark will find the courage to talk to Elaine, Cory, and the general public. He says he is doing everything he can to help find Dylan however, he refuses to help answer the questions that everyone has. Nobody is going to give up on pushing for answers until he steps up and addresses all of you. Mark needs to take a step back and be honest with himself and then honestly approach the general public.

I am of the opinion, like others, that somewhere the night Dylan was picked up at the airport and before he got back to Mark's place - there was a confrontation between the two.

Really nice father and son banter/conversation in the text messages.

Who is taking the lead role here?
