How is this man still walking free?

From the start of the show, Mark has referred to Dylan in the past tense.

He is so into himself, no thoughts nor feelings for anyone but HIM.

In conclusion - He was told first - He FAILED the first poly --- next BS out of his mouth - they told him it was INCONCLUSIVE............liar, liar liar.....

I didn't get to see all of the Dr. Phil show, my local station went to "black" for about fifteen minutes...ugghh!

But I saw most of it.

One thing that stood out to me was when Mark Redwine said "WE" picked Dylan up at the airport...WHO WAS WITH HIM?

Mark Redwine is obviously a liar imo.  I've seen his type before.  He deflects all the important questions.  He wasn't on Dr. Phil to find Dylan, he knows where Dylan is.  He was there for himself ONLY...to torture Elaine; that's what this is all about for him.

Finally, the acknowledgement that he actually did FAIL the polygraph.  Will he actually go through with the one Dr. Phil offers?  I really doubt it.  He knows he'll fail this one too, and there won't be any excuses like he gave for the first one.

I loved Dr. Phil's reverse psychology when discussing the first polygraph, my DH was even laughing at that!

I'm so furious I feel sick.

I don't know why he's still walking free.

From what I've been reading on FB no one has seen him since he got back from taping the show.

Hopefully LE is just building the case and making sure it's solid before they arrest him.  Hoping they get that done soon!

Most of all, I hope and pray they find Dylan.

Statement Analysis
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2013

Mark Redwine Killed Dylan Redwine

Did most watchers of the Dr. Phil Show realize that they were watching Dylan's killer avoid answering questions?

Did watchers realize that not once did Mark Redwine say that he did not kill Dylan?

Did they realize that he did not issue a reliable denial?

Did they realize that he not only did not issue a reliable denial, but when challenged, refused to answer, but instead attacked Elaine?

Dr. Phil did not follow up on the questions, but he did not allow Mark to use him to divert attention from Dylan's cause.

Will Joe Tacopina, or someone like him, swoop into this case, due to the publicity, and foil the cause of justice for Dylan?

Statement Analysis has shown that Mark Redwine indicated that he knows Dylan is dead, and is deceptively withholding information on what transpired between himself and Dylan shortly after the time of the trip to McDonalds.

Body language indicates that he loved the attention today, negative as it was.

Dog team finds scent in search for boy

Kim Vallez
BAYFIELD, Colo. (KRQE) - A team of cadaver dogs working to locate a missing Colorado teen Dylan Redwine has picked up a scent near Vallecito Lake, one of the focal points in the three-month search.

"We had a couple of hits in that area," said Wendy Kessenger of K9 Forensics.  "What we did is we moved it closer to east side of lake where the five branch rivers flow into each on that side and we had many alerts going off there."

Thanks Darla!

I've have these questions since the first searches that didn't turn up anything...could the scent be coming from another body of water that feeds into this reservoir; or from a body buried near the reservoir?

Just wondering...because I think there have been a lot of searches around the reservoir.

But also, I don't think the first water searches were enough to clear the lake due to the restraints on the diver's due to the temperature and altitude; and I wonder too how good the sonar equipment was that they had available?  I know requests were being made for sophisticated fish finders (on scanner) during the search.

I think today's search was in an area where 5 different rivers run into Lake Val. Not the same place the divers went in. I feel in my gut that Dylan is somewhere near where Mark lives, I think Dylan was gone by Sunday night by 9:30. Mark made a comment in one of his interviews that he really didn't watch the movie as he was up pacing around. If you had not seen your child in 3 or 4 months would you not want to sit down and spend a couple of hours talking with him?

CW , the comment about the coat didn't bother me to much as I have 1 son and 5 grandsons......they come in with snow on the ground with shorts and flip flops. It is a guy thing. Or so my son told me years ago. I fussed and fussed for him to put his coat on and he would rush out without it when I looked away. The grands do the same thing.

And yep Mark was almost laughing in Elaine's face. I could have crawled through the tv and smacked him with my iron skillet.

Thanks CW, I am wondering how many of those campers stay there yr round and if all of them have been searched. Sad part of this is it will probably be after the spring thaw before anything is found.

cw618, going from memory here...Dylan didn't take a coat to his dad's.  He had a fleece hoodie with him iirc.  It was unseasonably warm that week, as you've noticed Dylan had on shorts when he arrived in Durango.  I think the hoodie would have been plenty for the weather as it was.  I think one reason Dylan may not taken a big coat is that apparently he'd traveled light, with all of his belongings in his backpack.  Easy on and off for the flight, my boys have done this before too.  A coat would take up a lot of room in a backpack.

IF he'd needed a coat surely his POS dad could have bought him one at Walmart!  JMO
