Can you imagine where this investigation would be if the press and the FBI weren't involved to the degree that they are?  As angry as I have been with the press and their confirmation/retractions and that the Arubans are not letting the FBI in as much as I would like, I think they saved Mickey.  Otherwise I think Urine and his crew would still be partying up at C&C's and Mickey and the other guard would be going down.

CNN is running a repeat of their "Headline Prime"

Part of that is a report of Carl Penthall in Aruba.  He follows another group of teens from their arrival recently to the end of their night out...including a trip to CnC.s

This is AFTER N>H>'s disappearance.  

Looks terrible for these people.  They start out assuring they will use the buddy system but at the end one girl, when asked about her buddy, stumbles off, muttering "that's her problem".  The level of intoxication is stunning..

It's the same boat that was named on under the pictures of the Tickle site before they took the pictues down. What caught my attention was Joren or his brother and freinds sitting out on a long sail mast. It's the same boat I think.

The whole security guard thing was a diversion with an embarassing outcome.  They had no reason to arrest them in the first place.  They may have acted today to show momentum and in reaction the the publicity around the release of the guards (bad).  But they did not do the search becasue of what Mickey said.  Has it not ocurred to anyone that the cells are all wired for sound and they heard everything Deeprak said?

so it took mickey to tell the world??

I don't know if we can really blame the press for the confirmations/retractions.  They were following what they thought were legitimate leads from people in law enforcement.  I'm inclined to believe that quite a few of those original stories were true.

Anybody catch the report from Geraldo saying that a high ranking official was overheard by a very trusted source saying "How can I do this to that boy (Joran)...he is my best friends son" ..... I have been trying to keep positive that mistakes were being made due to lack of experience in dealing with such a big case, but now I have to say that I am convinced of a cover up that was thrown totally off course by the heavy involvement of Nat's family, the press, FBI, and basically all the eyes of the world. I believe that Mickey and Abraham would have taken the hit for this. Very Scary........just my thoughts.
